Absolutely the best Hibachi in the South Florida metro area. We have had Hibachi at no fewer than 20 places in the Tri- County area and this one is BY FAR the best. The Gyoza and Harumaki were absolutely amazing. Crispy, fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The house salad has a homemade ginger dressing that was truly a treat. None of that store bought orange stuff, but the real deal. The clear soup was tasty and served piping hot. The Hibachi (chicken and steak) were cooked perfectly. Both were tender, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The vegetables and fried rice that accompany the Hibachi are amazing. So good that I had to overfill myself and eat ALL of it. The "yum yum" sauce, aka white sauce, was truly incredible and so was the ginger sauce. We also had a side of egg noodles which were buttery, garlicky, and absolutely amazing. Lastly, for desert, the Thai Donuts were cripsy, hot, and had amazing flavor. They were very close to the taste of tunnel cake or zeppolis. Very very very good. The atmosphere is very quaint, personalized, and pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The service is fast and efficient. The prices are good and lower than most Hibachi places. The menu is large and expansive, but just beer and wine on the drink list (along with soft drinks, Japanese soda, and teas). The Hot Sake was delicious and so was the hot jasmine tea. Overall this was a 10/10 experience. Nothing really could have been better, other than maybe a full bar perhaps. But either way this place is incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Hibachi and Japanese as a whole.

A very nice Japanese restaurant in the Jupiter area Akiyo Hibachi Japanese Restaurant is located in a larger shopping center on the north side of Donald Ross Parkway near Abacoa and the Wilkes Honors College. It offers a wonderful dining experience. There is plenty of parking since it has a large shopping center lot directly in front of the store. The restaurant features a limited number of tables, including two hibachi stations situated near the entrance. While the placement of the hibachi tables is unconventional, it adds to the intimate and engaging atmosphere. We entered and were seated immediately. The table could fit 8 people but they seated our part of 3 and the chef gave us a solitary show. The hibachi chef we got was efficient and friendly. The menu has a variety of hibachi options, with lunch specials served from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM on weekdays and until 10:00 PM on weekends. Beyond hibachi, Akiyo offers a range of teriyaki dishes, curries, and stir-fried specialties. I ordered hibachi chicken. It was a lot of food that was all delicious. Overall, the restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience with its delicious dishes, hibachi performances, and inviting ambiance. Whether you're a local or just passing through Jupiter, Akiyo is a must-visit destination for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts.

Absolutely the best hibachi I have ever had, no doubt. I got the chicken and filet mignon (medium) hibachi and the EVERYTHING was fresh, flavorful and oh so good! I am a very detail-oriented person and they check off my boxes for small details that are important to me as a customer. I was seated where I preferred, the meat was bite-sized (I didn’t have to cut it up more), the house salad that came with my meal was fresh and the dressing-wow! I ordered an iced green tea recommended by the owner that was by far the best tea I ever had. I was caught off guard by how amazing it was- the small citrus peels at the bottom added so much flavor. Everything is made fresh and I appreciate that. If you aren’t into hibachi, they have many other options on the menu. I love that this is a family-owned business and the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The owners are hands on and provided the absolute best service. Fantastic product + excellent service= a customer for life. I can’t wait to go back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Akiyo Hibachi Restaurant in Jupiter, Florida, on Donald Ross Road.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was enveloped by an atmosphere that perfectly balanced a casual ambiance with the sophistication and elegance of traditional Japanese culture. The staff were not just attentive, but warmly welcoming, making me feel like an honored guest rather than just a customer.

The food served at Akiyo is nothing short of a gastronomic delight. Each dish is beautifully presented and teeming with authentic flavors that are both robust and sophisticated. The portions were generous, satisfying even the heartiest of appetites, yet the prices remained surprisingly reasonable - a testament to Akiyo's commitment to providing exceptional value.

But what truly sets Akiyo apart is the palpable passion and dedication that the family owners infuse into every aspect of their restaurant. From the meticulously prepared dishes, to their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, it's clear that Akiyo Hibachi isn't just a restaurant - it's a labor of love.

Overall, my dining experience at Akiyo Hibachi was nothing short of extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a restaurant to anyone seeking a unique, delicious, and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Trust me, you won't be...
