Criminals thief's disrespectful disregarding unprofessional etc. And that's just the management team I went May 12th Mother's day tomorrow will be 1 month that I stepped in to that location and it was my last. I ordered a family meal deal my total was $53.85 I swiped my ATM and the POS (register) sayed approved and my phone Chase banking app notification beeped notifying me of a purchase on my ATM was made, the cashier said can u swipe your card again it didn't go through, it happens all the time on this POS. I showed her my phone and she said A receipt didnt come out on my end so No it didnt charge you. I asked for the manager which was an experience all never forget, i cant even use the word Etiquette in the same sentence. First of all she the manager was not even wearing a name tag which is part of the uniform especially a person that should be leading by EXAMPLE I asked her for her name she turned her face and walked away ignoring me, but this was after i asked for my money back or my Mother's Day food dinner that I was takin for a gathering. She look i ain't given you back your money or your food you were never charged I tryed showing her my Chase banking app she said you are rude and here is the customer service number you can call there and deal with it your self. I said this is theft and i was gona call the police she said do what you want, and walked away with out giving me her name. Then i seen an employee off to the side and asked what is your managers name he said " I don't know " this isn't my store. I left called customer service made my complaint on the 12th same day the next Day May 13th manager Angel called me and said ok bring me your banking proof that the amount is no longer pending and all refund you your money. I said do you want the hard copy's as well or just the proof from my app he said just the app would be fine. May 14th i called no answer so i txt him i didnt get an answer back till the next day May 15th I spoke with upper management and they want the last 4 digits of your card you used and the time you made the purchase. I sent that info back and NO corespondence back from Angel nor KFC personnel. I filed a complaint with the BBB and for 2 weeks KFC ignored the BBB with a response to my complaint. Which now KFC has an F raiting with the BBB and they apologized there was nothing they could do. So I filed a complaint with with the Attorney States General Dept. Which have a dept that advocate for consumers against bussines. All this sudden Angel the GMR of KFC messaged me today June 11th 2025 almost a full month later to the date and said im so sorry for the length of time this has taken I am able to give you a full refund at the store all be in tomorrow please call me and let me know when you will be in. And I'd love to offer you a free meal, no thank you keep it. Chase just reimbursed me my $53.85 and has opened up an investigation ticket against KFC in my own words a robbery a theft a crime and I also am submitting my archived proofs of the complaints i have with the BBB and the State Attorney General's dept to Chase as well as Angel's txt messages the GMG of KFC Limeonite store. You KFC might be able to steal and play and bully consumer's and get away with it but just know that its because of us consumers that's why your in business. I'm writing this on her behalf and want everyone to know how unprofessional and immature this employee was to an older lady. What happened was that my mom pulled up to the drive thru, placed the order and later found a better deal. So she wanted to make a change on the order. This change triggered the employee to disrespect her. He had the odacity to tell her that she didn't know how to order food. He slammed his window shut to make the changes, twice! Later, ordered her to park upfront. My mother was furious and walked in to cancel the order. He called her names, such as "Paquita" and even insinuating her as a stupid lady! That was the last straw, and my mom decided to walk away and said that she will complain. He told her to do it and that he will deny everything. Laughed and mocked her by repeatedly calling her Paquita, a Mexican singer who doesn't have a great reputation. This kid does not deserve to be in charge or to be allowed to work with customers. He makes other employees and businesses look unprofessional. He should be fired! The other employees who were listening should have stepped up. My mom said that one of the other employees had a smirked on her face and didn't do anything! I was not available to go back and confront him, but can definitely say something about it. They never say welcome to kfc in drive thru so you sit & wait then finally say hello yourself to get a response. My husband said hello the lady said are you even ready to order he said hello i have a question & the lady answered it then said well are you going to order anything and he was like yeah ive been waiting a while for someone to welcome us. But its like that every single time. I don't even work for KFC & i know it should sound something like this "hello welcome to kfc my name is Nina how may i assist you or i can take your order when youre ready let me know if need some assistance with the menu :) smile on your face" something like that not are you going to order do you know what you want like you dont care about your customer service...
