Today I stopped by the Limonite Ave store to purchase 2 Mexican pizzas. I bought a Mexican pizza combo plus a second Mexican pizza. I received my to go order in a timely and courteous manner. I live about 1 block from this restaurant and took the food directly home. My wife and I sat down together right away to eat. The tacos were great, however both our pizzas had a rancid taste. We ate very little because the pizzas were obviously spoiled and clearly unsafe to eat. I drove back to the store to inform them about the problem. I was greeted by Jasmine. Because she wouldn’t give me her last name, that’s all I have. After telling her about the food and that my wife was already feeling terrible, without opening the bag, she informed me there was nothing wrong with the food, but declined the opportunity to taste it herself. She was rude and made no effort to either check the food in any way or to verify my complaint. Her indifference to the gravity of the situation was shocking. Let’s hope Taco Bell gets wind of their food safety and customer service issues at the Limonite store and gets to the bottom of their Limonite store problems. I hope no one else gets...

Because it was late and Jack in the box had a line I went to taco bell. Ordered the box combo from bottom right side of menu a cheese rice beef burrito on the side ,an extra nacho fries for my boyfriend and 2 alscart grilled chicken( for my dog)All of my food was not good. Both sets of nacho fries were cold.lierally cold. Even though my fries came in a sealed box combo thing. Also in combo box my chulupa taco item was entire item cold even to touch. I asked for no tomatoes but they put tomatoes. When I tried to eat my Doritos locos taco from combo it just completly fell out across the bottom.the only thing I consumed out of the box combo was my soda in the end. Im not ok with paying over $10 for a small soda mostly all ice . They should absolutely replace my order for free .but when cleaning my car this morning my boyfriend through out...

I had to reorder at another location, but I finally went to this location 4 hours later to see if MAYBE they still had it. They did! Martin asked if I was here for pickup. When he looked at the lone bag, he made a sad face because he knew what I had done. Without skipping a beat, he offered to make to remake my order on the spot. I wasn’t even expecting my order to be there, let alone get a fresh order. Martin’s gesture was so kind, I was blown away. He was so nice and really made my night. Good job Taco Bell for hiring such a great employee!
