We were hungry. We got lucky there was no line. We ordered a volcano roll a Shrimp and octopus coctel and two carne asada tacos. All was delicious. My favorite however was the roll. It was so yummy. The tempura fish that it's topped with was amazing. But everything about it was so flavorful (needless to say I love avocado). Even the presentation was beautiful. Then the Coctel was absolutely delicious but you must mix it well and I had to add the ketchup and tapatio packet. Again, mix it well. It's very important. Since the day I tried it I knew this place was a hit. Everything is so delicious and tasty. What made me fall in love were the mar y Tierra fries. With asada and grill shrimp, covered in my favorite Jack cheese. Drenched in a special house habanero sauce that’s so delicious I definitely recommend this. Even the sushi is amazing! We were looking for a restaurant but found this food truck. Both of the gentlemen that attended to us treated us like they appreciated our business. I had the Baja style fish taco, a Baja style shrimp taco and a surf and turf style taco which was carne asada with grilled shrimp and I must say they are definitely in my top two. My wife had the shrimp and octopus cocktail which she stated was excellent. Her comment was that her cocktail was full of seafood instead of all veggies and broth.
