Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

The Pizza is great, the ingredients are fresh and tasty! But, did you know that Pizza Hut is charging a "FEE" to help them for the cost of having business in California?? I don't know if it's "LEGAL", but they have the sign right there in their counters! (Too bad I didn't take a picture!) Can you believe it? If every business was to charge Californians a FEE for operating their business here in California, ( I really hope they're not all doing it, but must check!) That will mean that we are all paying way to much to eat out! Why? I went there for the Promotion on TV about, 2 medium pizzas for $ 6.99 each. The Mgr said to me that that promotion on TV was not for California? Say what? I ended up paying $8.99 for 2 Medium Pizzas, and on top of that....the FEE!! Californians beware! They're trying to stick it to us! Do your research before eating out or...

I seem to keep coming back here to spend alot of money on my orders, As I generally do love pizza hut, however the pizza the last few times have been awful. Either under cooked or in this last instance overcooked. My pizza was so rock hard I couldnt pull it apart easily. Everything was lukewarm and hard. My toppings were charred black on one side of my supreme pizza. The pan crust was bad. I ordered cheese sticks and they took the regular long bread sticks and baked hard cheese on them and passed them off as the little cheese bread sticks. I always spend about 40-50$ at a time. I want to give them another chance but I am always seemingly disappointed in the food they produce me and I seem to be one of those people who hate to call and complain because in reality there are bigger problems in the world. THE PIZZA WAS COLD I DONT LIVE THAT FAR FROM WERE I PICKED IT UP AT MOST LIKE 10 MIN BUT WE STARTED TO EAT IT IN THE CAR AND NOTICED IT WAS ALREADY COLD WE SHOWED UP LIKE 2 MIN PAST THE TIME FRAME THE WEBSITE SHOWED SO THAT WE WOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT BUT NOT SURE IF IT WAS MADE ALOT SOONER OR WHAT BUT WE HAD TO REHEAT IT WHEN WE GOT HOME BECASUE IT JUST DIDNT TASTE GOOD AT ALL THE WINGS WE ORDERED WERE BEARLY COVERED IN SAUCE IT WAS JUST A BAD EXPERIANCE BESIDES THE FACT THAT WE SPENT ALOT MORE THAN WE THOUGHT WE WOULD OF BUT SINCE PIZZA HUT WAS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE PLACES WE DECIDED OH WELL ITS WORTH IT BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIANCE I HIGHLY DOUGHT IT ...
