As a ex starbucks barista at a 24 hour drive through this is the WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. It is literally a 1 minute drive from my house but i much rather drive to another starbucks then come here. They have messed up my drinks hundreds of times and always have an attitude when asked to remake something. Not even half of this staff would have been even hired at my store. No training whatsoever. Half the staff doesn’t make the drinks up to code. And don’t get me started on their drive through times. YOU WILL BE STUCK IN THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR AN HOUR with hardly any people in front of you. They do not have designated people for Drive through hot bar or cold bar or cafe. Customer service is terrible. They are lucky I have not thrown a fit over how many times my orders have been messed up. Also never leave without checking your order because they will forget your cream cheese or condiments or even a knife , fork, or spoon. Its normal here to mess up your drink. And if they get it right your very lucky. Corporate needs to take a trip down here and im going to get ahold of them ASAP. Nothing is up to code and this store needs to be addressed. Horrible horrible horrible disgrace of a starbucks. When you pay almost $5 for a drink it better taste and look perfect. Even the druggies around here know how much of a joke this starbucks is. I seen a lady come in the store as I was waiting almost 25 min for my mobile order and ask me if I was “michelle” and I said no and she said “yoinkes” and snatched 2 drinks that weren’t her’s and took off. Read moreThis is a serious complaint!!! There were six staff members working at this store today, and they all seemed very busy. My girlfriend and I ordered a coffee and a dragon fruit drink. Later, I needed a cup of iced water. I waited by the counter for quite a while, but not a single staff member acknowledged me. During that time, all of them deliberately avoided eye contact with me. Eventually, I had to approach one of the staff members myself, and she gave me a cup of iced water, but I felt it was too small. I went back to the counter and waited again for a long time. When I specifically requested the largest size of iced water, I repeated it once more to make sure I was clear. Yet, she still gave me the smallest size of iced water.
Anyone would lose their temper in such a situation. I felt bullied, or even targeted. I can’t understand why this happened. If I point this out, it might seem petty, but from beginning to end, I did nothing wrong. Why would they treat me this way? I am a customer—please treat me as one. I don’t need to be treated like a god, but honestly, I feel like buying the whole store just to fire all of you and rehire staff to restore proper service order....
Read moreI have no idea what’s going on at this location but they close randomly during the day, and then open back up a couple hours later, I live right by them, and I’ll go at around the same time, one day they’re open the next day they’re closed, the next day open, then closed again the next and on and on. It’s very frustrating. I’ve got my coffee then drive back by and they are now closed in the middle of the day…. but the worst was when I spent 30 minutes in the drive through and they were closed! I was locked in the drive through and couldn’t exit, (and they put no cones out to block the drive through) and the dummies in front of me kept trying to get someone to come to the speaker and there’s no one even there! I finally had to get out of my car and direct the people in front of me to keep driving because they are closed, there’s I checked the front there’s no one inside, and I would like to leave! 30 MINUTES! Put the cones out if gonna close! I get that the people in front were the huge problem but they were all very young. I should never be locked in a closed drive through and it get bad enough where I need to exit my car and direct your costumers just so I can go home! Get...
