This place is awesome. Great customer service and owner being there. U can ask them anything and they will make sure u get wat u ask for. My experience here...i was looking for goat or chiva soup. I told them i do not like meat with lots of fat bz chiva has lots of fat. I waited n waited wat happened to my order. So i the girl at counter. First she apologized for being late and then explained to me. The owner who's chef looking at every piece to make sure there's no fat attached to meat. Thats why its taking long. Apologized again. I totally forgot with her comments. The time was not an issue 4 me anymore. I was very impressed how the chef took his busy time to take care of my order and then he also apologized. At this time, i felt i need to apologize to them for complaining abt my order being late. Once the dish served BIERRIA with goat. The smell, presentation and service was WOW. Get can't enough...first time I went for Taco Tuesday but I have been here before and this place never disappoints. Tonight I had the fish taco (excluded from $1 Taco Tues of course). I had a carnitas and birria taco. Omg the birria is soooo bomb make sure to ask for the juice that comes with it! The salsas are actually spicy and make me sweat...I luv that bcos most places make the salsa way too mild. I ordered a chicken taco for my 15month old which she loved...I tried a little piece of her chicken and it was soooo flavorful. I hope this place stays in business for a long time they are hard to find if you have never been there before. Not all places know how to season their meat. We drove six miles out of our way to try this place because it was $ and 4.7 rating and we were up for an adventure. I ordered a pollo, asada, and carnitas taco. My husband ordered a carnitas burrito. We also split a bean and cheese burrito. Man the carnitas was good! We both really enjoyed it. It was even better than this taco truck on I5 I reviewed a few weeks back. Chicken taco was good, but I didn't care for the asada taco, still good, but not my fav. The bean and cheese burrito was also the bomb. I get a bean and cheese burrito at almost every Mexican place I go and this was def in my top 10. Plus pricing was great here. Just because it is a little out of the way don't let that stop you. Go the distance and...
