Subway — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

DO NOT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE SERVER OR YOUR FOOD! Why? Because if you do you MAY NOT get what you asked for.

Now that I have started to drive around a little more I have decided to try some of these FAST FOODS so when I saw the commercial of Subways NEW MEATBALL SUB I decided to try it.

Now I did not make a bee line to Subway I waited until the next time I was out and about I would try it.

Well as luck would have it I needed to put gas in my car and wouldn't you know there was a Subway right next door.

So after filling up my car I walked over to Subway all excited to try the NEW MEATBALL SUB now just so you know there are two kinds BEEF AND TURKEY this is an important factor.

All happy to finally try the meatball sub my mouth already watering I walked up to the counter all happy and placed my order.

To my surprise midway to preparing my meatball sub the young man stated in Spanish I need more meatballs to which the girl stated there are no more. So quick as you please he reached over and took a spoonful of TURKEY MEATBALLS and PLACED them in my sub.

Please note I DID NOT ORDER TURKEY I ORDERED BEEF! I was never given an option or choice to CHANGE my order or even asked if THAT substitutions was ok.

Once home I cut the meatball sandwich in two and I started with the BEEF MEATBALLS which I ENJOYED very much.

I should have stopped there because the TURKEY MEATBALLS tasted funny and I DID NOT LIKE THE TASTE OR THE TEXTURE OF THE MEAT.

To be fair to Subway I do not know why but the TURKEY MEATBALLS were much larger which would have been nice if they tasted better.

I know one thing for sure I won't be buying subway anytime soon.

Growing up I use to hear my relatives say they would never buy food from a street vender because you never know what meat you are eating.

Well I guess you can say that about Subway you never know what meat you are...

I'm a former worker of this subway , let me just tell you all that this is a unsanitary franchise, the owner Lester didn't invest a penny into proper training , nobody knows what they're doing , Lester has a drug ring going on also, I've caught it in action so many times all he would do was shut the door, while I would be scared for my life he put everyone at risk, any way moving on from that, the manager had the schedule very very very unorganized , she only have part time people work 1 day with 6 hours, while she gave her favorite employees 5 & 6 days let me mind you her son ( the managers son ) would always get 6 days 8 hour shifts. This subway is horrible don't even think about applying here for your first job. In other words if you want your first job experience to be cool find somewhere...

This wasn’t a great experience at all.. I always order through the app to collect points, but I still like to walk through and build my sandwich with the associate ..the associate said it was ok …a guy from the back comes through speaking in Spanish & the lady that was helping switched the bread but we continued building the sandwich .. she did not double my meat or cheese per my order & what I paid for .. .. the bread was as hard as a brick once I actually touched it… all in all I should’ve took my business elsewhere as well as my tip, the food & customer service was not up to par … they weren’t welcoming at all & I tipped based off of my request not the service what so ever .. & she even seemed bothered to provide me with change...
