Subway — Restaurant in Kalamazoo Charter Township

The bread was raw and doughy in the middle. I showed Theresa who offered no help except to give me the store's number to call the manager the next day. When I talked with the manager the next day (Jared), he said that Theresa told him we had eaten all of our subs except one bite, which is a lie. I brought up one piece just to show her, but our subs were still on the table. He told me he would remake my sub next time I'm in, but I told him I don't visit that location very often (maybe once a year if that) and he refused to refund any money or provide any further help. The owner has become very stingy on the ingredients when making your sub, salad, wrap etc. I love pickles and alway get extra pickles. I have been going to this subway since the opened. When I asked for extra pickles they used to pile them on. Now if I ask for extra he will put 1 extra pickle. One time he actually removed some pickles after he placed them on my sub. Really been bummed these last few weeks. I work in the hospital and they locked the doors to get there- my badge doesn’t work on the door and got locked in the hallway for my entire lunch break. If they left the hallways door open I would probably be in everyday 😩
