C J's Pub — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

About three weeks ago my wife and I stopped in for a beer. She is recovering from an auto-immune disorder called AMSAN. It has affected her motor skills, feeling in her extremities, and balance. Immediately upon entering the waitress informed us that the bartender would refuse to serve her. Not once did anyone speak with her to determine whether or not they thought she was intoxicated. Great local watering hole with friendly regulars and the best wings around! I've attended a number of charity events they host to benefit the local community, my favorite one being their annual Toys for Tots toy drive and dart tournament. They also have a couple of free community cookouts a year where the owner provides food for anyone who wants to show up, a golf outing, cornhole tourneys, host dart and pool leagues, and do some great potluck events for big games. Friendliest atmosphere you could ever ask for. No one is a stranger at C J's. They have the best pizza around as well as a typical pub food menu. Anyone 21 and older can walk in, get a beer then play a game of pool or even darts! C J's also plans community fundraisers like "Toys for Tots". Due to the generosity of the patrons and owners as well as staff, they have been nothing but successful. You've never been to a "good 'ol boys" drinking hole like this one, and you don't want to be the only one out...
