A Culinary Gem Not to Be Missed!
We recently had the privilege of dining at this pop-up restaurant that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the beautiful decor and enchanting ambiance. A fabulous fire place, warm lighting, and thoughtfully curated design elements created an atmosphere that felt both intimate and welcoming.
I couldn’t resist trying the oxtail, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, infused with rich, savory flavors that lingered with every bite. I have tried this dish many times in Spain and other countries and this one was truly exceptional, elevated to an art form.
Also impressive was the steak — cooked to absolute perfection with a perfect sear and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The seasoning was spot-on, allowing the quality of the meat to shine through. Each bite was pure delight, and it paired beautifully with the thoughtfully selected sides.
The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
If I could suggest one enhancement, it would be to see a Ribera del Duero wine on the menu. This bold and sophisticated Spanish red would pair beautifully with the rich flavors of the oxtail and steak, adding another layer to an already exquisite experience.
What makes this restaurant even more special is its temporary presence—it’s only open for four months, with its run ending in March. This only adds to its allure, making every meal feel like a rare and treasured opportunity. Make your reservation now—you...
Read moreBeautiful space, great ambiance. Incredible service.... not a great meal. Really wanted to love it, and looked forward to trying it. But from start to finish, the flavors and cooking techniques were mostly misses. Cocktails: intensely sweet, and they didn't have ingredients for a whiskey sour. Didn't have suggestions for anything similar either, until I prompted for something with lemon and bourbon - and I got lemon, bourbon, and maybe some water mixed in? Very odd. Patatas bravas: starchy potatoes. One or two were well cooked, but all cut different sizes so uneven. Very little flavor, and very little sauce. Olives: the flavor of the oil was very nice, but it was just a bowl of olives, with seasonings that caught in our throats when eating. Crab bisque: great soup base flavor (good depth), and crab was cooked well, but the flavors didn't mesh well. Overall this was our favorite. Pork belly & polenta: big slab of pork belly, all around the edge was severely overcooked (meat was splintery), and very little flavor. Polenta flavor was decent. Good seasonings. Dessert coffee drink: very very very sweet, and flavor was just like a super sweet drip coffee with baileys (for $16 in a tiny glass) Blood orange custard: custard was grainy, and the blood orange was nice but served as a whole slice. We had to remove it, cut it up, then pair it back with the custard. Not impressive or easy to eat.
Service was great. I know it's a newer restaurant, but most of the cooking techniques we saw and tasted were poorly executed...

I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Spring Dinner at Quarter Circle and can confidently say this was one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere in the world—and I’ve dined across continents.
Each of the five courses was not only masterfully executed by Chef Rob Clagett but also perfectly paired with wines that elevated every bite. The attention to detail, depth of flavor, and artistic presentation were simply stunning. From the luxurious foie and charred endive starter to the scallop pastry and rich venison tenderloin, each dish told its own story. The finale—a Gorgonzola Cremificato with shallot jam—was an unexpectedly divine ending.
The ambiance was warm and inviting, with the candlelit table and glassware catching the soft light beautifully, setting the perfect stage for an unforgettable evening.
This was not just a dinner—it was a celebration of culinary artistry and Montana hospitality at its finest. Do not miss this experience if you have the...
