I just came through the drive thru (may 20th at about 3:45) and I wanted to say that I had a terrible experience. I ordered a bagel and a coffee, but when I ordered the coffee I asked for a white lightening, thinking that I was getting what was in the picture on the menu that says white lightning. After I asked for it the lady said ālatte?ā And I said yes assuming it was what was in the picture. Once I pulled away I thought that maybe it wasnāt the same thing so I intended on clarifying it once I was at the window. I got to the window and it was a nice young man who was there (not the lady that took my order) and I asked him if the iced latte and the cold brew were the same thing because I wanted the cold brew. The lady that took my order then walked over and started being extremely rude and saying āno you ordered a latte not a cold brew and we made it alreadyā. I apologized to her and said āIām sorry I didnāt realize what the difference was I just want the cold brewā she kept telling me repeatedly that the white lightening was just a flavor not the drink in the picture and that they already made it.(she literally explained to me that white lightening is a flavor at least 5 times like I was a child, as if I didnāt understand her the first time) I asked nicely if they could remake it and she was still being extremely rude to me. I will say that after listening to her practically yell at me for 30 seconds I lost my patience and said to her āIāve worked in fast food for years and when a customer mistakenly asks for something they didnāt want we remake it for themā my tone was not nice but I certainly wasnāt even as close to being as rude as she was. Iāve been to Biggby plenty of times and this woman had NEVER been friendly and Iāve heard the same about her from family and friends. I wish I knew her name so I could include it (she has brown hair and looks to be in her 40s maybe). I hope the owner and management team are aware of how rude she is to customers and make sure she gets a serious attitude adjustment. I would just like to say that the guy who took my money was very nice and polite though, so props to him for being able to work with someone...

Ordered iced coffee with 2 extra shots of espresso, was given a watered down clear light brown drink that should have been dark in color due to the 2 extra shots of espresso. Tasted like ice water with a shots of weak coffee. Super slow service, but I guess that's what the business moto says online about the company if you Google them. They don't care about efficiency or consistency, only friendliness.Their coffee comes from Africa, which is not known for great coffee. When your a drive thru business you better be concerned about efficiency, people don't want to wait 20 minutes to get a horrible coffee from a drive thru. I can walk into any gas station, make my own coffee, check out and be on the road in half the time and have better coffee than what this place is offering for a third of the price at...

Ive had the coffee my friend pick up in the morning, and it tastes so much better. It's like they don't clean the machines throughout the day. Then again, every time I've been there, save for one occasion, the staff have been short and rude. They even messed up my order and outright refused to replace it and told me to buy another coffee. Idk, I'm disappointed. I've been to a lot of Biggby's, and this one is by far the worst...
