Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kankakee

UPDATED REVIEW: Im thankful that kankakee got new managers finally but the other day i went to order a coffee and the guy at the window handling all my stuff had a gross big bandage on his thumb. That is absolutely unsanitary. He should have worn gloves. I threw out my coffee because of that. OLD REVIEW: Im not someone to give reviews ever because I understand how working in retail and fast food is(rude customers) However this specific location on court Street is terrible. reason I say that is because they are an inconvenience. I wake up early just to look forward to breakfast and coffee. every single time I go there I "try" to order food. I have gotten so so many excuses on why they can't give me hot food. either they are always short staffed, machine is down, out of ALL bagels apparently or whatever other reason. THEN I proceed to order coffee expecting it to be correct since they can't give me food. nope. every single time I order an iced latte or ask for espresso or certain flavors, they never ever get it right. it's always a basic iced coffee with either barely any flavor or too much ice. It's very upsetting and because of that I have to drive an extra 15minutes all the way to bourbonnais because they are the only good place that doesn't come up with excuses or gets orders wrong. save yourself the time going to the one on court Street. the only reason I go there still is because I don't have much time to begin...

Went in today and the female at the register is ridiculous. She does no want to service black women and is selective on who she greets and receives as a customer. She intentionally begins arguing with you about your order which was one sweet bacon croissant (on the board) and intentionally begins arguing with you about me not being clear and she not understanding the request. She cops out and puts on a huge show wanting others who are earshots away to take her as the victim. Spoke with manager the day before about the same experience days before in which she said that she is having complaints about he same person. Today, the manager did nothing and in fact, said she did nothing. She flat out lied. Just pitiful and ridiculous. Another customer walked up and said she was and is having the same experience from the staff as well. The manager then said shut up she dont want to hear it. Just ridiculous. The he manager is a flat out liar and violent and the register person is ridiculous and shows racism....

This location is so proud of the fact that they now open at 4am. I placed an order on the app around 410 and made my way to the store. Drive thru was blocked off with cones so I went inside. Only to find out that nobody showed up to work to open this location. I left my phone number with the gas station crew and requested a call back, never received one. Upon contacting the store, I was told by an employee that she, "ain't got time for this" and was passed around to multiple people who were no help. Finally I spoke with someone who explained how i can recieve my refund. Very inconvenient for this loyal customer as I work 2 hours away and didn't have time to stop anywhere else.
