Dirty, Out of Product & Poor Service
😑The floor was sticky everywhere. 😑There was vomit and/or pickles and cheese in the men's room sink and urinal. 😑The ketchup dispenser was empty, but a hard stalactite with different intensities of red hung an inch down from the nozzle. 😑The soda dispenser shot anything with lemon added straight out at a horizontal angle: a sign that the nozzle is dirty. 😑The carbonation/syrup setting was too close to the syrup side. But the sparkling water was just carbonated water. 😑There was no diet Coke. 😑The entryway smelled like natural gas. 😑No employee was at the counter for ten minutes after we arrived. Two other customers were standing at the counter at that time, waiting for their food. They waited for twenty minutes after our arrival before they received their orders. 😑The cashier was visibly startled when a gift card was ordered. The cashier who took over at that point could not get the first card approved. 😑Although a sign hung from one card reader saying that station was closed, that was the station the employees chose to use. 😑The line entryway and exit were not marked, therefore, when customers who paid waited for their food, they appeared to be in line to order. As new customers arrived, they stood behind the ones who had paid, thinking THEY were in line to order. There were eight customers in line behind someone who had already paid. None of them were being helped because no employee was at the counter. Then a woman came in whose skin was the same color as the two cashiers'. Immediately, both cashiers turned to the counter and helped her while everyone else whose skin was not the same color as theirs waited. The cashier who was afraid of gift cards asked, "Has everyone here ordered?" Even though people were shouting, "No!" they served the woman who had just arrived. It was at that time (ten minutes after standing in line) that the first of the eight asked one of the customers standing at the counter if they had ordered yet. When they said, "Yes," the eight squeezed around her and the other customer who paid. Then the cashiers turned away from the counter again. 😑Shortcuts were taken to get the orders out. One of our Whoppers was missing a tomato. Another was missing liquid condiments and had most of the other condiments outside the bun. The 91 year old birthday boy's order was wrong. One chicken sandwich was black under the breading. 😑Someone went to the counter to order an additional shake. They had to wait until a brave customer arrived who yelled toward the back of the kitchen to get a cashier to come out. The chocolate order was vanilla with big chunks of salt, but no spoons. 😑No signage was near the lids. Customers touched them, trying different sizes, then put them back until they found the right fit. 😁This location was chosen for a family get together by someone who had already been there, because they knew it...
Read moreOrdered the food online. I arrived 15 minutes after when the est time order was supposed to be complete, so plenty of time for it to be ready. No one was at the counter, this took a 2 or so minutes. The guy was friendly enough when he finally arrived and said he would be with me after he went to the drive thru to help them. Another lady walked in, apparently they had forgot to give her something. The guy gave her the missing menu item. Then I show him on my phone what I ordered. He proceeds to give me the wrong order. No name on bag, so I opened it, and yes definitely wrong. He asks the ladies in the back, who were just chatting the whole time, saw me, and could've come out to assist at any time. When she does come out, she said it was done, and he says no and its a he says/she says. Anyways, the order was not even prepared or started. I asked the guys please give me fresh fries/onion rings cuz the ones I saw looked old. Did he listen? Nope, when my order was finally done, hes like trust me they are fresh (they weren't). I didn''t bother arguing but I checked again to make sure. Order correct but they forgot the sauces for the onion ring. And this guy is like at the counter sometimes, running outside sometimes, to aid for drive thru or just overwhelmed. Once they actually did start my order, it was done fairly quickly. I live about 7 minutes away. My chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best. I mean the level of incompetence was unbelievable and I was already having a bad day and still was pleasant enough. Im not expecting much, but just warm food in a somewhat timely manner & the correct order. Either get the staff some help or some training. And it might be smart to I don't know, put the person's name on the order bag for online orders so you don't...
Read moreI don't normally do this, but I have to give a bad review. I pulled into the drive-thru, ordered the new chicken parm meal, a mushroom swiss big king, and a bacon double cheeseburger. Pulled around to the window, no one else was in line. The girl took my money, gave me my drink, then asked me to pull around to the front and she'd bring the food out. As I pulled into a spot, a could see cars ordering, and going through the drive-thru. I waited about 5 minutes, and the girl brought out an order... to another car. I waited about 5 more minutes, thinking maybe the chicken parm took longer to cook? Then when I realized cars who had pulled the drive-thru after I pulled up front were leaving with their food, I went inside. They weren't busy inside, the kid at the counter welcomed me to burger king. I told him I was waiting on a drive-thru order, and he said oh yeah. He turned around, grabbed a bag full of food sitting on the counter, and stood at the fry station. The girl who helped me at the window noticed me and told the kitchen she was still waiting on one for the drive-thru. The kid at the register told me he was sorry for the wait. I told him I had seen several people who ordered after me had already left. He had no reply. A minute later, the girl from the window put a sandwich in the bag, handed it to me, and told me sorry as she turned and walked away. The fries were cold when I got home, and the chicken parm was not at all worth the hype. This location has gone...
