China Dragon — Restaurant in Kansas City

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant until today. I will NEVER give them my money again. The big guy that runs the register was EXTREMELY RUDE today when I wanted to correct my order.

I accidently ordered a large soup because I thought the size that I normally get was large... well it turns out that the large was not what I wanted, so I simply asked if I could change it. He proceeded to get agitated and made a rude remark of "why do I have to always go through something with you", then he aggressively yanked out the noodles that come with the soup from my bag!

After he did all of that with his stank attitude, I told him that he can keep his food and just give me my money back! Then he became even more rude and nasty with the UNPROFESSIONAL remark of "bye felicia" .

His remark of having to always go through something with me was false, as I have never had an issue until today! I personally think he's confusing me with another African American woman, he must think we all look a like!

This man has truly always given bad customer service, he never smiles, and is always very short and curt in his responses. I have always looked past his lack of respectful customer service, but today he went too far!

He was a complete a-hole, and it cost him a customer and bad review.

I'm going to look for corporate customer service number to pass my experience along to them. Ugh! I'm so...

I don't normally write reviews although I am an avid reader of them. My granddaughters like this place and they do prepare a good shrimp egg foo young (my favorite), but recently the customer service to me has suffered. When I call an order in advance they can't seem to hear and/or constantly ask you to repeat yourself. Or, if you go in to place your order to avoid that nuance they still can't hear you because their attention is diverted to their texting via their wireless phone while you are trying to place your order. My last visit was this evening, and to be honest the SAME cashier was just rude. I guess she was frustrated by my having to keep repeating my order. Shredded Peking Pork. Pork strips with bamboo strips of the same exact shape. Tough, sinewy pieces of pork likely boiled and past through the same food processor as the bamboo shoots. Nearly flavorless other than salty. No Peking sauce whatsoever. So incredibly bland and weirdly textured. Man at counter was rude to the customer before me, took a phone call and was rude to them and was unpleasant to me. He and the cooks both must have had a bad day. Terrible food and bad customer care. I can get over the bad behavior but this food is nearly inedible and definitely not what was described on the menu. I loathe being hungry and waiting in line only to be unable to eat the food because of poor quality. It feels like getting tricked by scammers. Won’t ever be back again.
