I placed an order through Uber eats at 11:35 PM for pickup, I arrived at 11:47 PM when Uber eats notified me that my order was ready. I get to the restaurant try to go in to pick up my order inside and the guy yells at me to go through the drive-thru. The drive-thru has about six cars in it. So I get in the Drive-Thru the first car that was at the order box was placing an order for 25 minutes by the time I get to the order box it's been an hour since my order has been ready it's now 12:45 AM my order was ready at 11:47 PM according to the app. The order box has an automated message playing "this restaurant is closed" repeating over and over again even though this restaurant is open 24 hours. So then I get up to the window, I tell them my order number through Uber eats & I told them my name and they tell me that they don't have my order!!! I show them my receipt on my phone I even show them my PayPal receipt, I show them that my order was made to pick up at this BK address. I show them the time when my order was placed, when it was ready, and they tell me I'm sorry we can't make your order and we're not going to make your order. Even though I had everything confirming that my order was placed and paid for! Horrible customer service! Rude and not willing to even look up my order #A709E. So then I said screw it I'm going to drive to Whataburger in Lees Summit. The line was out to the street had about 12 cars in front of me despite all the hype waited less than half an hour at Whataburger got great food and customer service! FYI You'll get through the Whataburger line faster than you'll get through this BK line with an order placed ahead of time. Management should really re- train the employees at this location. Never...
Read moreSat in the drive thru at the speaker for a few minutes without anyone saying anything to me so I said hello. Boy tells me to hold on for a few minutes so I waited another 4 minutes before saying hello again. (By this time there was 6 cars in line behind me) the boy then tells me that they are no longer taking any orders then says they will take more orders in another 10 minutes and told me to go ahead and leave. I then told him I couldn't leave because of the cars behind me. Then not even two minutes later he asks me for my order. Finally get to the window after another 15 minutes and there was only one car in front me that had been at the window the entire time that I had been in line. Anyways I get to the window and the boy is laughing so hard that he can barely even tell me how much my order is and then as he is trying to give me my change he dropped it all outside of my car and since it was all change it rolled everywhere so I asked him to give me my change again since he dropped it and it rolled everywhere but he told me no and this whole time he is still laughing really hard at nothing. Read moreNo one in drive thru & no one in line- I think great! WRONG! The crew was unfriendly but I ordered anyway of course (to go). Should have known something was wrong when female (Mar'javeya) handed me my food bag it was all wrapped down tight (strange). I got out to my vehicle and grabbed COLD fries. Got out the whopper with cheese - that was NOT even wrapped- the wrapper was in the bag but definitely not been around the sandwich and it was COLD!! So cold the cheese (pieces- yes pieces!!) weren't the slightest bit melted!! I'm usually not a complainer but got so angry that I was charged $8.55 for this crap (no drink) that I walked back in & as I opened the door I saw Mar'javeya turn laughing & saying "ooohhh here she come back in y'all." So I made it known that I was not happy. I then left the building & went home to be SURE to do the survey on back of receipt.
