Pulled into a stall as I normally do and it usually takes a while before they respond to me pushing the red button then there's no enthusiasm you can barely hear them speaking... "order when ready"...their tone is so Debbie Downer it's just the customer service is horrible, I hate to say it but it's true cuz their customer service sucksâźď¸ The other day I went there and something was wrong with the screen and I tried to inform her of it and she said, " Ma'am there's nothing wrong with our screen." I said, Well I wasn't talking about your screen I'm talking about the screen out here that I'm looking at...the order screen! I asked, "So should I move or what? She says real drab...."If you want to.... And then I went ahead and place my order and then I noticed I was just sitting there for awhile! She never said okay...she never said all right never gave me a total never repeated my order or responded. After 5-6 mins...I pushed the button again and I said did you get my order cuz you didn't say anything after I ordered?? I just cannot believe it she says what was your order and I said oh my God you know what never mind no thanks and I pulled out and left immediately and went to the location of the Sonic store #2094 where they have great customer service and enthusiasm and care about making sure my order is perfected!! I am so disappointed in the store at 104th and Blue Ridge Blvd... I will not be going back to that location! I will drive out of my way to go to the store that's at 12312 Blue Ridge Blvd-Grandview Mo 64030 and it's way out my way but I refuse to go back to the store at 104th and Blue Ridge!! I just refuse....it's really sad and they always mess up my order and I try to give them chance after chance after chance but still their service is always horrible!    Read moreWorst experience. I suggest you avoid this location of possible. I avoided this location for at least a year due to poor customer service. One year later we drove up to order through drive thru only to be told they were only taking door dash we ordered door dash pick up and waited until it says they are preparing it. We were told to pay at the window. We go to the window only to be told they don't have our order on their screen so they can't make it this is after we waited 20 minutes in line then another 20 minutes after we ordered door dash pick up. We showed the supposed manage the DD confirmation and the message that said If we cancel we won't get a refund because they had already started preparing it. The "manager" said that's not our problem you have to contact door dash. I asked for the store manager's name, number and store number. He bright back a piece of paper with his name and store phone number I guess. I said where is the store number he said that's it. I said not the phone number the store number. He said he didn't know what I was talking about. Now if he's the manager WHY WOULDN'T HE KNOW THE STORE NUMBER? I TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHAT THAT WAS. HE LOOKED BLANK. I hate blasting young black men but I hate poor customer service more. When you leave a complaint with the store number someone has to address or. Maybe he knew that. I think they kudzu didn't want to make anymore food and shut down and go home. Terrible. If you don't feel like seeing the public why do you apply for these types of jobs.    Read moreThis sonic does not prioritize customer service! My husband went there about 10:00pm to order some food on a Saturday night, our order was pretty expensive. When he got home he realized they put bacon on his #19, which is the brioche breakfast sandwich. He doesnât eat meat and specifically asked for just egg and cheese. We live about 11 mins away, he decided he was tired and would take back the wrong sandwich the next day. In the meantime I called this location 3 times, and it sounded like the establishment was picking up the phone and hanging up instead of taking the call. As it was getting late, I figured to try again later. Fast Forward to Monday which is when my husband was able to get back up there. He told them the story and presented the wrong sandwich, instead of the manager showing good customer service and apologizing, they made my husband pay for another sandwich cause he couldnât show the receipt. I feel this is very wrong and despite not having the receipt you can see the sandwich was untouched. He couldâve showed the transaction on his bank statement if itâs that serious, But we spend too much money here to experience service such as this. I also called on Monday after they refused to replace the sandwich at no charge, and it took three tries for them to answer, the first two times they answered and hung up again.
