I got gas came in the store for a bite to eat ALL of the food in the warmer was expired by over an hour and half. The manager was sitting in the office and I was told the cook was out smoking and wouldnât be back for 20 mins and I told her if she could throw something in the oven Iâd wait. She told me 20 mins. I continued to wait 25 mins while the manager refused to move out of the office and help cook. After saying something she finally came out of the office because a mobile order pickup came in and the order hadnât even been started so she proceeded to start making the online order for the person standing there and then told me she wasnât going to make anything for the case until she finished all of the mobile orders that she refused to do while I was waiting 25 mins for the other guy to show up but never did. I primarily use Caseyâs and was very disappointed in the service I received today and how I was treated because the staff wasnât doing their jobs.    Read moreComing home to find out that my daughter had a huge ordeal with you all by ordering a salad and being given half of a salad. This is after she called to confirm that they have the ingredients. She shows up and they tell her that it will take an hour to thaw the chicken. So she still ordered the salad, then had to explain to the person how to thaw the chicken. (She used to work at Caseyâs) After purchasing a snack and drink, had a seat, to wait. After about 30-45 min the person said her salad was ready. They handed her a HALF full salad bowl, with hardly anything on it. She went to check out and told the person at the register that her order was incorrect, and showed the person. They gave her half off after telling her they would make a new one. They then tell her that the âhalf off was for the salad she was originally given.â

They said that mine wasn't done and I would have to wait. I waited another 15 minutes and came back inside. They said my order.was ready. I got home and it was the wrong pizza. I didn't have time to wait 40 minutes for another pizza. I called to try to get a refund and was on hold for a combined total of 45 minutes. No one answered, so I loaded.my kids back in the van and drove to the store while still being in hold. I gave them back the pizza because it wasn't my pizza and told them that I just want a refund so I can take my kids to taco bell so they can eat. I was told that I couldn't get a refund because their boss wasn't there. I have called several times the past few days and still haven't been able to talk to anyone. I haven't got a refund yet.
