Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Kansas City

First off, I got parked after I paid for my food when there weren’t any cars behind me. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to walk my food to the car. My 2 piece chicken was dry and tasted like Turkey, and on one of my son’s chicken strips it looked like someone either spit on it or flung snot on it cause it was gooey. When I attempted to get a refund for my food, I couldn’t go inside of the store. Why? Because they still have it locked like everyone’s still on lock down from the pandemic! This is my favorite Church's Chicken restaurant in town. The chicken is always fresh and the cooking oil is too. I've experienced some other Church's franchises where it was not but never here. This place strives on quality. Their sides are fresh too. They finally put in a drive thru after the pandemic hit and for the time being you must get your food only thru the drive thru which is great. Keeps the employees safe from direct contact with customers and it's good for us too. Also love their desserts. All...

I have a fear that we are eating human meat. That is why I don't eat McDonald's. I took a bite out of the chicken and I swear to God it's no texture of me I've ever eaten before. Their prices go higher in the food gets grosser. Chicken is soaked in oil. Almost like they don't let their grease get hot enough. I don't like this place I won't be going back. I don't know what kind of chicken they're serving but it ain't the chicken...
