The food is usually good. The breakfast biscuits are actually very good at other locations. However, in my particular experience on Saturday morning, we placed a mobile order and selected drive thru as the pick up option. When we pulled up to the drive thru, we obviously knew the order wouldn't be instantly ready, but we wanted to let them know we were there (there was only one other person in the drive thru at the time). Instead, when we let them know we had just placed a mobile order, they very rudely started with, "well you need to give us time to make it!" This is obvious. We aren't unreasonable. But you don't need to say it that way. We could have easily just went to the drive thru and placed the exact same order through the drive thru. We instead placed it in the app to save any confusion about our order. Then when we got to the window, they refused to say anything more than pull around the front of the building and wait. We couldn't even tell them we needed extra ketchup or anything small like that because they immediately shut the window and hurriedly rushed away from it. Even the customers inside could see we still were trying to get their attention and told them so, but they refused to go back to the window. So we decide to go ahead and drive around and big surprise, the bad attitude they all seemed to have continued. I can't understand this experience overall because I've never had this type of experience at any other Hardee's but maybe I just am not going there often enough or maybe it's because I decided to use the app for the first time. In any case, I'm not sure I am interested in ever returning to Hardee's. Horrible customer service and I don't say that lightly. Maybe they were all just have horrible days. I requested dining in as my son and I had just finished unloading semi trucks at work and wanted to sit and eat before heading home. 15 minutes passed and I went to the counter to ask where our food was when a bag got plopped in front of me and I was told have a nice day. I looked in the bag and no pies. I asked about the pies, heard sorry bout that and was handed a bag with pies in it. My son and I sat down and opened our food to feel it was cold. Waited 15 minutes for cold food! I did not want to wait another fifteen minutes for more cold food or take a chance on someone being upset and spitting in food, so I did not address the issue until walking out the door. The manager made an excuse about drive through. And I said, well, considering there was only 2, maybe 3 cars in drive through during that 15 minutes that's not an excuse. I then explained how I used to be a manager at hardees, and I would never have allowed a customer to sit in my lobby for that long, waiting on their food. I thanked them for the cold food and I left. Read moreGreat service/ That was my review a year ago. I drive a ways to get here and recently revisited it. I purchased 30.00 of breakfast food for my family. They forgot the biscuit in my meal which was the entree. I called the manager she apologized and I was under the impression she was going to replace the plate. I told her I lived a ways away so it may take a couple of weeks. I work 50 hours a week so I finally arrived for my replacement and was received by an unprofessional woman talking loudly and aggressively telling me if I didn’t remember the name of the manager I ain’t getting nothing. I explained it was weeks ago and the manager I told to sounded like her. She was quite rude. It took her a moment and she remembered. Then proceeded to offer me a biscuit. Just a dry biscuit for my inconvenience and a wholtta attitude. Fast food doesn’t require a brain but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to give good customer service.
