Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kansas City

Every single time I have come here my food has been messed up. I should have known better than to go back because tonight was no different than any other night. When the kid asked me does everything on the screen look right I said no because those are supposed to be four burritos not soft tacos and he said that was how they ring up the burritos. I get home and guess what I have four soft tacos instead of for burritos. So I Google them so that I could call up there to talk to somebody and how there's no phone number go figure. I came there because it's literally 2 seconds from my house but I will not be going back I would rather drive to Grandview or Independence.

4/23/2022 So I go inside tonight to do my order and if course they have the Kiosk for you to do it yourself which is fine other than some of the stuff isn't even on the Kiosk. I sat in there for 15+minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was standing at the counter to take my money BUT when she finally takes it, she's rude, doesn't say hi or anything. The door dash lady who came in was also ignored by the staff AND after waiting in there so long... Tell me how is my food ice cold when I literally live less than a minute from there? And if course no one answers a phone. I will edit this and give the bad review Everytime it's bad until they get their stuff together. And someone needs to call me since no one ever anders the phone that...

If I could give less than one star, I would. There was a Karen in line, honking incessantly because there was a 15min wait on beef, we ended up being in line for 30 mins. When I finally got to the drive thru, I paid and she told.me.to pull around just so the Karen could be dealt with. (Like, rude. No, its stressful for all of us involved but ok. Sure. HOW MUCH LONGER CAN IT BE, RIGHT?)

The answer? 20.mins longer. I waited on bad taco bell food for the grand total of an hr, didn't receive ANY napkins or sauces I asked for, forgot one of my items, and the chalupa ntortillas were obviously forgotten about in the fryers way too long, the crispiest and leathery-est thing I've ever eaten. And they tasted like donuts, clearly they were cooked at the same time in the same fryer. The dude that was asked to wait 2 cars ahead of me waited even longer than me, ifk if he ever got his food, but 2 ppl were served before him, so I'm pretty sure he was forgotten about oh, and the doors were locked, so we couldn't go inside and no 9je answered the 3 ppl who stood there knocking. Feb 26th...

I ordered a bean burrito, got home and it was cold. The beans were dry and the tortilla seemed like it had just come out of the fridge. I called and they said they would re make my order. I only stay a few mins away so I went back up there at 915 at night. They are getting 2 stars because they were nice, but whoever cooks up there is not good. I got home with the second round of a bean burrito and it was also cold. The tortilla should not get stuck in my teeth because it is cold, the beans should not stick to the top of my mouth because they are dry, the cheese should be melted, but it wasn't and the sauce should have been in the burrito but it wasn't, if it was it probably got soaked up from the beans being so dry. I tried this place for the 2nd time and I still had to go and get my order replaced. This is the last time I will be coming here, I hope they start teaching their cooks how to cook and continue the good...
