Horrible service, I used their Sonic app for the first time and I’m new to this area.. it sent me to the WRONG sonic location..Once I realized what had happened I called the sonic that I sent my order to and the lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful.. I tried explaining what had happened, and she told me that it wasn’t their fault and hung up on me. So, I went to the right sonic (this one) and none of the food was prepared even though she said my order was ready. When I asked her could the order be remade she had a very bad attitude and pretty much refused, I asked her straight up are you the general manager? She wouldn’t answer me, when I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to me and she had no name tag. I also noticed workers handling food with no gloves through the glass and honestly I was disgusted! I’ll never be back to this location. I don’t recommend their app either. I used to work in the fast food industry (for years) then customer service, and never have I been treated like the way that I was here. As a company you should hire managers that actually enjoy their job, and don’t disrespect their paying customers. I’m pretty sure that’s why there is always a now hiring sign there because you’re hiring all of the wrong people. Read moreMy wife purchased 3 combos for me, our son and herself. The drinks were wrecklessly topped with their lids and haphazardly placed in a poorly folded thin cardboard carrier that broke when my wife got home and tried to pick them up. Ocean water and Dr pepper spilled all over my brand new car's floor where the drinks were sitting. I went to the same sonic to pay for replacement drinks but since they had closed 5 minutes earlier they refused to sell 3 drinks when they should have been offered for free as replacements for their careless packaging and cheap product, (carrier). I just got this car today. Now instead of selling me 3 drinks this is what will be taking place. You're going to refund the entire meal, then you're going to replace the entire meal as well. That's not all! You're also going to pay to have my car's carpet and upholstery professionally cleaned. Next time sell the drinks. I mean, you still had cars in stalls with people eating and kids sitting on the walk up benches. For all you kids out there that think you're special because you make slightly more than minimum wage flipping burgers, the customer is always right....
Read moreI pulled into the drive through at 10:28pm (they close at 11pm), no one was ahead of me and no cars in the stalls. I sat at the speaker for 2-3 mins with no response. I then pulled up to the window and all the employees ignored my presence for another 2-3 minutes while I sat at the window. After I shouted “Hello” 2-3 times an employee reluctantly opened the window as if I was a bother. I asked if they were still open and she said yes, and I asked why they were ignoring me and she made up an excuse that the girl working the drive through had a messed up headset. After that, I was so irritated that I no longer wanted to order, or give any amount of money to this location.
My first job ever as a high school kid was a Sonic car hop, so I have a respect for Sonic employees and I always tip generously when I go there.
I don’t go to Sonic often anyway, so I’m sure they couldn’t care less about this review, since it seems like they don’t want to work or provide a single ounce of customer service anyway. If you’re going to act like that, don’t work in a food service job. There are other entry level...
