First off, the food wasn't very good at all, and definitely wasn't fast, but that really wasn't the worst of it, or enough that I would submit a review.
Tonight I went through the drive thru, ordered food, and realized as I drove off that my wife wanted her burger a certain way. Pull up to the window, a couple minutes later the cashier opens the door, hands me a soda, tells me it's the Pepsi, and then as I try to quickly ask her while handing her my card if it "would be too late to add [such and such toppings] to the burger", but by the time I got to, "I was just wondering if it would be too late to..." she cuts me off mid-sentence, almost tosses the other soda at me and says, "hold on for just a moment" and walks away to take another order. 45 seconds later I see another employee wrapping up and bagging what ended up being our order. This other employee then comes up about a minute later, and hands me the bag, and eventually a receipt for me to sign and quickly walks off. The entire time, might I add, there was only one car behind us, no line, and as we drove off, we saw zero customers inside. So it wasn't like they were brutally busy or anything. The first girl we dealt with then hands me the cyclone we ordered, quickly says, "have a nice night" and shuts the window before I could say anything. So, this employee clearly couldn't care less what I had to say to begin with, and wasn't thoughtful enough when she came back to let me complete my thought. No apology at any sort. The people who work here are bad, and they should feel bad. Will never...
Read moreOur first time trying big burger didn't really go as well as I'd hoped. Either the intercom is bad, or the workers aren't very good at hearing. We had to repeat ourselves quite a bit and pretty loud, and when we were done the lady repeated the order to us but was missing something. So we had to go through the frustrating process again of adding what she missed, making it frustrating and confusing for all of us. The service for this part felt like she was just annoyed with us, didn't really appreciate that.
We get to the window and we wait a bit, but we don't mind since it's supposed to be made fresh. We get our food, we leave, and when we get home we see that our order was wrong. There is a sign saying check your food before you go, but this seems to be a commonplace issue looking at the other reviews. I just don't understand how you can repeat the order just fine, and then still give the wrong things??? It dosnt make sense. Especially if what I ordered was more expensive than what I received. $25 was a bit much for what I got.
The last thing is the food is VERY greasy, like sopping wet with oil, you can literally see how wet the onion rings are with grease. Definitely don't recommend if you have acid reflux or want to get what you actually ordered. The only reason it's getting a two star and not a one star is the food wasn't...
Read moreUpdate 2*: we received their bogo coupon. No where on the coupon did it state there was a limit to what bogo was supposed to be. My husband and I decided it would be date night dinner then. I walk in and the dude sees the coupon and immediately tells me it's only for the $5.99 meal. They don't have a sign posted anywhere saying that there was a mistake. The man said, "he told 'him' customers were going to be upset" and the owners response was, "no one will notice". We noticed. I used to be in marketing and that put a BAD impression on me with their business practices. I will not be back. I will not be recommending this place. And I will actually be warning people I know not to go here strictly based on the way they couldn't take responsibility for THEIR mistake.
I've lived in the area for about 2 years. I came here when I first moved in and thought they were kind of expensive and I didn't go back; that is until I recently had friends stay with us, and they wanted to try this place. I thought the burger was pretty good, but the patties were small, and the buns are HUGE. I do still think they're expensive, but everything seems to be like that now. This place didn't seem to have any high chairs, so I wouldn't say it's a toddler friendly place. My son did enjoy the...
