We absolutely love Taqueria Ibarra. I do not exaggerate when I say this place is better than any Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to, hands down. This place gives you authenticity and taste all in one! I really love their quesadillas and brisket tacos and their red sauce! I also think it’s really neat that they give customers onions and limes on the side with a generous portion of sauces to go with your order. My family and I primarily go to Taqueria Ibarra for taco night now and it’s safe to say, we are regulars and will continue to be regulars. And we’re not the only one. One time, they even threw in a sponge cake with our order which was the best sponge cake I think I’ve ever tasted. Very kind service and the food draws a loyal fan base. Do not pass this place up. We will always support this place for the delicious food and kind...
Read moreLocal food truck located in a large church parking lot directly west of I-35 and Brighton. The menu is kind of overwhelming If you're not prepared, so just pick something. They cook to order, and give you a little beeper like the kind you get at restaurants so you can safely wait in your car. Amended to add that they add a ton of cilantro to everything. It's coarsely chopped so it's pretty easy to pick off most of it, but if you're a genetic alien like myself and you think it tastes like soap, you might want to ask them to either leave off or go easy on the cilantro. Can't wait to go back, and at these prices we won't have to wait to go back. I cannot...
Read morefrickin incredible. I work a delivery job in this area, am too busy to eat here while working, and I get off work after 11pm. I also don't live in my work area. But this place is so damn good I drive up there once a week on my days off. After many times my food has always been identical proportions and quality. Gourmet quality compared to 'taco hell', night and day. I figured this was real authentic cos I'd never tasted anything like it b4. --I noticed someone from Mexico commented that it's the real deal, not surprising to me. Very fresh, I think it's probably healthier than American 'wanna be' competitors with greasier inferior...
