Like a # of others who have purchased food at the Sonic on Leavenworth Rd, and had a bad experience, I had the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE this evening. (The only reason I went to this location anyway was because MY Sonic, on 78th St was closed. đ) I pre-ordered on the app, and as I had a small order (mozzarella sticks and choc shake), I figured Iâd only be there no more than 5 mins. I let them know that I was there; my name popped right up on the order screen, stall #21. After waiting 15 minutes, I buzzed them to see when I might expect my order. The woman apologized for the long wait, said my order would be right out, and asked if I was in stall 8. Told her no, I was in stall 21! đ¤Śđ˝ââď¸ Ten minutes later a car hop came out and asked what my order was! WHAT?! I told her, and she said sheâd bring it right out. She then brought out food to a customer who arrived after me. Finally, after a 32-MINUTE wait, I got my VERY SMALL order. I didnât get my mozzarella sticks (looking at the menu, they may have been cheddar bites), and the shake was not prepared properly. I feel I should get a $5 refund for the long wait, incorrect food, and extremely poor customer service. I definitely over-paid. (You will respond to me with the obligatory âYou may contact us atâŚâ.    Read moreI went with my family members and we order some food there and they was having a hard time hearing us. And plus our meal was not half price. Because it said on the pole outside on TUESDAY'S HALF PRICE CHEESE BURGER'S AND IT WAS NOT HALF PRICE AT ALL AND MY FATHER WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND FOR TWO HIM & ANOTHER GUY WAS senior citizen and they did not get a discount at all and they should have got one because him and another guy was a senior citizen so on that note we will not be going there anymore he's not too happy with Sonic right now on Leavenworth Road you guys got bad people working with you guys. And you guys also lost a lot of customers on that day. And I watched and sit and everything else. And for 2 you guys got real bad case of bees around there. And every time that we were trying to eat our food bees kept coming after us. And also you guys had trash cans that was close to where people eat at and that's wrong you guys need to move the trash cans farther from where people ate. Two separate times now Iâve ordered from Uber eats and my driver has waited an hour+ time, The first time they told me it was because the customers in the stalls who had already paid come before the Uber eats customers who have already paid.. The second time was tonight which is May 13, 2022 till when the male manager told me that he did not see my order in the Uber eats system therefore he was not making my order, and hung up on me. This night I literally called 40 times trying to get an answer I only got an answer one of the times and the manager only spoke with me for about 10 minutes maximum then told me what I just stated as he told me and then hung up on me. Of course Uber refunded me my money both times like they always do but to me this is absolutely absurd for a manager of a business to refuse to make a paying customer food. This is happened two times to me now and I am just very much over it I will never be paying this Location anymore...
