Yummy's Donut Palace — Restaurant in Kansas City

Entered the drive thru to make a purchase. I visit frequently, so I have noticed changes. I was given the wrong product. Which should have been a hot coffee. I was given a cold coffee. Made the worker aware she heated the cold coffee. Keepbin mind in a plastic cup. Handed me a scolding hot plastic cup. When bring it to her attention with a scream. She tells me, "We always put it in a plastic cup!". I made her aware that hot beverages belong insulated cups. She sits it in a coffee cup. I asked for a refund. I was refused as she tried to make it right. Asked for the owner to make him aware. He seemed to not care. Saying they put hot beverages in cold cups. Well, I never experienced this . So, as for me, I will not return. I would rather not be burned again. Nor was anyone accountable for the actions. So please be aware when patronizing this...

After my all time favorite donut shop (that has been open since the 1950s) recently closed down, I feared I would never like fully enjoy a chocolate long john ever again. That none could ever compare to theirs.. however and so surprisingly, Yummy’s literally are right there. Those and the original glazed/donut holes. Love this place and hope they stay around forever! Have tried many other donut places in the metro recently and so many can’t even get a basic glazed donut right.. way too dense and chewy and either too sweet or not sweet enough. Yummys have a slightly crisp outside and then shortly after melt in your mouth.

Also the bacon egg and cheese croissant is so good! Plus, their pricing is super fair.. can get sandwiches and donuts for our large family and not break the bank. Owners are nice people and haven’t had a poor...

I'm normally not a fan of Donuts, but was so excited to get Donuts for my family and boba tea for myself. The brown sugar boba tea absolutely hit the spot and is what I've been craving! Other Boba shops just don't feel the same. My partner is upset that the mango smoothie came in the biggest size they offered because he enjoys it so much and wants it in a QT big gulp cup. And the donuts?! Again- not really a fan of Donuts, we ordered 2 custard filled long John's and two sprinkles... oh my lord. They didn't skimp in the filling and these are the softest and freshest Donuts I've ever had. I also ordered biscuits and gravy and am absolutely in awe of how good those were too! Really great biscuits and the gravy is delicious and well mixed with no taste of flour...
