Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Kansas

Wow, I have to say I have only experienced this type of service a couple of times. The front register worker did one of the worst jobs ever, he took absolutely forever to do anything. He talked to customers while a 10 person line grew longer and longer. He stood in the middle of the kitchen and just stared at stuff waiting for food to come even though he could've been taking orders to try and speed stuff up. When my order was finally ready he placed all of my food on the table. (4 chicken sandwiches and an 8 piece). I asked him for a bag and he said "there's one on the table". And I never got my drink either.

I'll give 2 stars because I haven't even eaten...

I was at work and ordered lunch for everybody and we wanted all thighs and legs I think 24 pieces and then 24 chicken nuggets or whatever they're called and three sides or something anyway the total was like 60 bucks something like that but the girl who we placed the call to was excellent she was as nice as could be she helped us out they were not even open yet and she said that they would go ahead and get it out before the rush got there and that's why we had called and we could pick it up within the next 30-40 minutes something like that anyway this was over a year ago but I just wanted to let everybody know Popeyes fort Riley is a great police...

Ouff .. apparently the restaurant and the app do not mesh. App lets you place the order but the restaurant doesn’t deem it necessary to fulfill it or is closed or doesn’t have enough food or doesn’t get the order? Anyone’s guess… Will be a hassle to get your money back but they definitely will not try to help saying you’ll just have to figure it out yourself via the app. Not enough chicken .. order didn’t come through .. not sure what the actual reason was since both were given this time around. Guess we’ll figure that out too along with how to get the money back we’ve...
