Last few times I had some issues with purchasing cigarettes in cartons. Employees at customer service take it upon themselves to determine an amount of tobacco products they feel like you should by and last several times they limit it to 5 packs (if they don't have a full carton), although the sign by tobacco stand clearly states it is up to 5 CARTONS, not 5 packs. I have to waste time explaining them the policy of THEIR company in this regard. Also I always have issues with manufacturer coupons : last time it was a paper one for $8 off a carton and they "forgot" to scan it (although I had to demand for not applied coupon back, otherwise they would keep it and I'd have no proof of it once I'd leave the store, so I was nearly cheated $8 As of today, I had online manufacturer coupon for $3 off a carton and after another fuss about amount of cartons allowed, the agreed to process online coupon. However, although that coupon was scanned, instead of deduction of $3, it added these $3 to my total purchase amount. I still have a receipt to prove it, and this time they did manage to cheat me of $6. It's not much, but happens EVERY TIME I shop at main exchange. Do you have any suggestions of how to handle this situation? I appreciate your response in...
Read moreWould be so much better if they actually had boy clothes. It's super irritating that they have a good 8 four-sided racks of toddler/baby girl clothing but boys gets 2 of them, and of the 16 racks, 8 are for infants and 8 are for toddlers...and then of the 8 racks for toddlers most of the clothes they do have are branded work out clothes at insane prices. It shouldn't be this difficult to find jeans or a jacket for my 2T toddler but I can find a whole 50 dollar nike/underarmor tracksuit set? Considering the massive variety the girl section provides, it's a bit of a slap in the face to us boy moms. Makes me feel very unwelcome. Please add more variety to your baby boy section like you have for girls. Your big boy section is also depressingly small, and again mostly consists of gym gear. Boys need jeans and shirts...
