The absolute best brisket you will ever eat! Tasty, tender, and not overly smoke flavored.The chicken and sausage are good too. The pork ribs are sooo tender and fall away from the bone! I have been going to the Market since 1960. I grew up eating there. It was a Saturday ritual. I went there 2 wks ago and was severely disappointed the sausage was not up to their normal standards it tasted like it was bought rather than homemade. The sauce which is normally spectacular was mediocre. The brisket is usually so tender it falls apart was more like a brick. I would not recommend eating there again, until these issues...
