Burger King — Restaurant in Kasson

This Burger King in Kasson, MN is hands down the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. I had a bad experience here a few months ago, spoke to a very friendly and concerned person at the corporate office who promised to address the issues with the staff members regarding the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I thought tonight I might give Burger King another try and yet again I am disappointed and disgusted by the whole experience. Items advertised are no longer available and there is no diet soda, no diet anything.

While they did apologize about the inconvenience once I finally received my food, the food was so horrible I could only take a couple of bites. The sandwich was very very greasy, not with hamburger juice but with warm mayo, the lettuce was turning brownish and the tomatos were slimy. While waiting at the counter, I brushed no less than 11 flies from my face. 11 flies not six feet away from where my food was being prepared! I saw flies landing on the food prep counter.

I understand Kasson is a very rural town, surrounded by farms and agriculture but that is not an excuse for floors and counters being so filthy and sticky. The staff were nice but very overwhelmed. Clearly Burger King needs to pay their employees enough to take some pride in their restaurant to ensure the restaurant is clean and pest free. They also need to hire enough people throughout their corporation to be able deliver the food they are advertising. Kasson is too small to have any competition with other fast food chains, which is why I feel this Burger King is even still open.

TLDR: the place is nasty, flies everywhere, short staffed and false advertising.

Drive the extra 5 miles to Byron if you're looking for something fast food or go over to Kwik Trip! Do NOT Risk Your Health...

This is by far the best restaurant I have been to- flame broiled is the way to go!!! The crispness on the fries- I don’t know how they get it soooo perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant is is to die for- it’s like stepping back to a kinder and more simple time in life. The way the light reflects off the TV menu and hits the wall is such a calming effect. They take their moto of “have it your way” to a whole new level when they allow you to use their state of the art soda fountain to fill your own drink. Not a fan of ice? No problem- you are the captain of your ice to soda ratio!! We were so pleased we were not rushed through our meal. We had plenty of time to look at the menu and make the crucial decision before anyone was bothering us, and asking us if we were ready. It was so nice to browse in peace. After we placed our order, we had a good 10 minutes before we got our cups to fill our drinks, which was just the right amount time to make a decision on what we’d actually pour!! We then had plenty of time to sit and enjoy the ambience while we waited for our food. We also enjoyed the surprise of not getting exactly what we ordered. We really appreciated the chef taking the time to tailor a custom meal. The end of the meal was satisfying too- to just push your garage on the floor into the composting pile and go home. Easy and good for the environment! Bravo Burger...

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to in my life. I didn't think it was possible to run a business so poorly. I'm here at 08:08am and they're still not open when they're supposed to be open at 0600. When going through the drive thru it seems that it doesn't matter what I order I always have to pull ahead to the parking lot and they will run it out. Which it a tactic used to make their drive thru service numbers look better to their higher ups. In addition to slow service, it's also inaccurate and disrespectful. Once I ordered a ten piece chicken nugget and only received seven. When I say thank you to the person at the window they respond with yep or uh huh as if I should feel lucky to be served by them. They should be thanking me for going to their establishment so they continue to have a job. Burger King I hope someone from high up sees this, cause you need to wake the hell up and make some damn changes if you want to survive in the world we live in. People will only tolerate this kind disrespectful, absolutely weak service for so long. You're making it far to easy to be dethroned. This goes for all of you fast food places.
