I had booked a private room with them not that long ago. When the couple that I threw the party for arrived at the location, they were closed it was 8pm on a Saturday and there was no note or anything on the door. There were no lights on or anything. They even called earlier that day to confirm the reservation and I said yes I will be there around 7pm to set everything up. I called the number that had called me and asked about the situation. The lady on the phone told me that they closed the location temporarily but they moved my room to another location not that far. I was really annoyed because no one told me this on the phone when I was talking to her. I had to send a text to all of the guest telling them there was a last minute location changed. When I arrived at the other location there was already a party in the only private room they had! The manager told me that they decided to take us even though he already had that room booked and wanted to just pushed tabled together out with everyone else. I explained to him the event and that I was reserved the room a while ago that it is not fair for me to not know that the location had closed and to not be informed that there was no room for us at all. The guy tried to blame it on me and said “ We tried calling you to confirm about the party but you didn’t answer” first off I was at work and I called back 5 minutes after the missed called. He just said “oh” not knowing what to say. Our party had to share that room with the other people thankfully they didn’t mind. It was closing time the manager rudely kicked us out. He could have said it nicely I understand places closed but we were all catching up and didn’t realize the time. I used to visit all of your restaurants under different names weekly a decade ago. But it seems there has been major changes in your infrastructure, and maybe you are not paying too much attention to what is going on within your establishments. Every single time I come to one of your restaurants I have a bad experience, and it's not even necessarily your food, but the complex attitude of your wait staff. Maybe they just don't like white people? Or maybe I have to be with a certain amount of people to spend money, in order to get respect and not only treated as a customer, but a human being? Your staff at one location even went as far as to sexually harass me as part of their introduction. This is unacceptable behavior. My husband and I ordered a Cadillac margaritas with combo beef/chicken fajitas for two. Drinks are spot on! Delicious with a kick. Food was plenty for two. A bit lite on seasoning but a little salt perk the meat to perfection. I’m giving a 4 stars vs 5 for two main reasons. 1st: Manager did not stop by table. If you want locals to feel welcome and return. Make them feel welcome and appreciated them. It only takes 2 minutes per table to build a bond.
