McDonald’s — Restaurant in Katy

DONT COME HERE! I put in a online order from my app and when i got to the window i needed to add a large fry to the order and they guy said he couldn’t add one but he could put in a separate order for one and i said that’s fine, but the screen didn’t say large fry on it. it had a 10 piece nugget and something else and i should’ve noticed that and said something but i thought oh maybe they had the screen switched around and the order im seeing is from the guy ordering next to me but when i pulled up to the first window the guy ran to the window from the other side and was in the middle of taking an order not even talking to me. guy looked like he was panicking and had no clue what he was doing then charged my card and ran off again and the receipt i received showed they charged me for a 10 piece meal and they guy never came back so i had to pull up to the next window and tell them they charged me for the wrong order and the issued me and refund and another guy gave me a bag and it had the 10 piece and large fry and i said this is still the wrong order and he just took out the nuggets and gave me it back and by that time i was so tired of it because the line was so long to begin with and moved so slow so i drove off forgetting i still had not received my original mobile order so i tried to go inside but the door was locked already so i had to wait in line AGAIN to get my correct order. All in total this took me 2 HOURS to get my correct order. I have never had a bad experience from any mcdonald’s i’ve gone to but this one gave me a migraine like i didn’t even want my food at this point but i paid for it so i was gonna get it. Never again! After I finished paying for my order through the drive through they made me wait 30 minutes to get a mchicken and a McDouble. It got to a point where I had to use my car horn twice to get someone to come over to the window and after waiting for 30 minutes the young lady who came to give me my order gave me an immediate attitude. I was honestly speechless at first because I’m like y’all are the ones making me wait 30 minutes over such a small order. When I ask the young lady if there was any good reason for for them making me wait so long she said she dint know that she just saw my food sitting on the counter and the people responsible for making sure that drive through orders get their food do that all the time. I left and decided to not continue the conversation and promised my self to never ever come back to this location. It’s north worth the trouble it’s already very unhealthy food and adding an unnecessary head each into the mix is not worth it guys. Stay away from this place and make the extra drive to the Macdonald down the road on grand parkway in front of Walmart.

Last detail they also got my order wrong I found out once I got home. It made me feel like If I ordered food in the hood by Alief beechnut side of town. This place does not belong in Katy in...

I went to this brand new McDonald’s with my son for a late lunch. The gentleman who took our order brought our order to another table. The other table was an elderly couple and they started eating the food and then realized it was not their order. When they notified the gentleman That it was not their order this is the same gentleman that took our order he picked up the tray and tried to bring it to us. I said no way don’t bring me that food that they have already been eating. He said OK and took it to the manager, who then sat on the counter and when I said I’m not taking used food, he picked up the tray, walked over to the drive-through window through the french fries away left the 20 piece nuggets on the tray and proceeded to put a new order with the used food on this tray and bring it to us. I said absolutely not. I am not taking food that someone else has had their hands in, he tried to argue and say that he made it brand new, but it had only been less than 30 seconds so we know that’s a lie and that was impossible. I will never ever eat here again and I don’t recommend anybody else eating there unless they want used food. That’s against health regulations, but they don’t care.
