This is hands down the best BBQ in the area. I haven't tried everything on the menu but I'm getting close. My favorite are the ribs, they really do fall off the bone. The brisket is excellent and the sausage is great too. The portions are generous and the sides are always fresh and seasoned well. The owner told me the Stuffed Shrimp Burger was a fan favorite and I can see why. I've had it a couple times and I'll probably get another one this weekend. The Jambalaya is excellent and today I tried the brisket eggrolls. They were awesome. I'll definitely be getting them again. Listen!!! If you have not been to Trapped Smoke BBQ on Mason Rd….you definitely have done yourself an injustice. We got the ribs, brisket, potato salad, green beans, chicken and sausage jambalaya, and baked beans. Here are my thoughts: Brisket was very moist and flavorful.
