Wendy's — Restaurant in Katy

It's sad that a business still has to suffer still in ratings when old personnel had screwed up so badly in the past. I'd thought I'd jump on tonight and give a 5-star rating. I'm visiting, and so at times, due to convenience, I'll grab a bite from here. I have eaten from their breakfast menu once and twice from their lunch/dinner menu. I must say on each visit, I was always greeted with a smile and occasional banter (like tonight). I came thru their drive close 2000hrs this evening, and I was curious about their soda selection....and I didn't realize they had a multitude of flavors.. Long story short.. I had on the intercom talking about flavors, with patience, laughter, and a recommendation (NO, they didn't rudfke off every flavor..lol). I just love the vibe from the staff, and I never had any issues with my food. Thank you for making my night.. you never know what people are going thru, and a smile can go a long way!! Keep up the great...

Oh my goodness, I wish I would share my food experience and photos, but unfortunately, I was hungry and ate everything but the service was impeccable. The customer service representatives through the window were very pleasant and showed signs that they were trained very well. I’m so glad this location takes great pride and, showing their customer service skills and the food was nice and hot. I don’t like that they kind of threw all the orders between two bags instead of three individual bags and they were three individual orders but it’s OK cause we’re the same family so it’s coming to the same house Besides that it was very pleasant experience and they got all of our orders correct and all three were customizations at it so that was the breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this location 10 out of 10 the service is impeccable and the food comes out...

Through the drive thru a guy named Daniel was very rude and doesn’t have manners. As I was asking my family what they wanted I said my order and he said ma’am are you ready or not with an attitude. As I said excuse me since I felt disrespect he repeated himself in a tone. Then he told me to be ready. As I go to pay I asked about why he wasn’t wearing a mask he started yelling and raising his voice at me telling me he didn’t have to wear it. As I was going to ask why he ignored me and started interrupting me by saying he wasn’t being rude over and over again. Handing me my food without gloves. He was being rude and unprofessional and I’d never go back. This was my second time now going here and the first time they took forever and told me to wait at the curb and forgot to give me my order.
