The manager of this location Carrie is extremely unprofessional. They messed up our order and never sent it out. I completely understand mistakes happen. We asked for our food to be free or discounted since they messed up and never delivered the order. Carrie only wanted to Argue with me on the phone. This made me become more upset so I hung up. My kids still wanted to food so I called back. I was sent to a central ordering. This lady placed the order for us. We drove down to pick up our order. We went in ask to talk to the manager. Carrie came over looking very unpleasant and moody. We had a discussion and she continued to Argue with me. We ask for her manger number. Carrie Slammed her hand in the desk and went to get the information. I will be calling him in the morning. We then ask for the order that I had called in. The gentleman said they did not receive an order. This upset me more so I went out to the car. My husband waited for the order. While I was in the car I thought why did they not get to order. So I called again was sent to the central switch. Later when I was home my husband said he heard to phone ringing and didn’t understand why they were not answering. I ordered a pizza at 6:30 pm and it was stil in the oven at 8:05 pm when I called to check on my order. The “manager” tried telling me that my promised time was 8:10 pm which said was impossible to get it to my house in 5 minutes. She could care less and felt it necessary to argue with me. It’s fricken Kaukauna how busy could it really be on a Sunday night at 6:30 pm that it takes 2 hours to make a pizza and deliver it less than a mile away?
