McDonald's — Restaurant in Kawkawlin Township

I went in there for an interview the one on Kawkawlin Road I told the lady who was interviewing me that I was on disability and that I can only work a certain amount of hours and she started being very disrespectful and unprofessional during the interview the lady’s name is Diana she’s young but not that young ohh I was also sitting there waiting for 15 mins for the interview and I was 5 mins early if you don’t know how to do an interview properly maybe you should be fired she has bad employment skills and very disrespectful I was very kind to her and she was rude every question I asked her was her response was the same rude response every time, yet there desperate for employees but yet Diana don’t know how to hire I wasn’t going to make this until I found out I didn’t get the job bc of a rude hiring manager but that’s Okayy I can find a better job...

Worst costmer service at any McDonald's I have ever been to! I ordered a steak bagle in drive-thru had to pull forward to wait (not a big deal) but when I got home and took a bite the steak was still raw and cold. When I drove back and went in to get a new sandwich that was fully cooked the manager was rude. I asked if I got anything extra besides just the new sandwich to compensate for biting into raw meat and having to drive back and wait again for my breakfast. She told me they don't do that and all she could do is remake the sandwich. I worked at a McDonald's before and I know that was a flat out lie. I won't be going back to this McDonald's again. The aditude of the manegment was unbelievable. It wouldn't have taken much at all to make it right but the manager decided to to be rude and unprofessional so this reasturant has lost a costumer...

Normally I wouldn't be so harsh on fast food however, from the time I ordered my food at the kiosk to when I actually got my food was a solid 15 minutes. Everyone was rushing and yelling at each other and I got the impression my order took so long because they forgot about it. People were served ahead of me that ordered far after I did and by time I got the food it was sloppily put together with sauces all over the inside of the wrapper and my order was missing its fries. I was so frustrated at the entire experience that it wasn't worth another stressful, frustrating trip to this McDonald's. It could've just been the day, or staff may have just been off, but if given the choice, I'll probably go to the McDonald's further away from home because I know my food will be correct and timely and the staff is very friendly and...
