Quiznos — Restaurant in Kearney

Well, I feel that Quiznos doesn't get the recognition they deserve these days. They have great sandwiches and I am so sad they don't exist in the area I am from anymore (CB/Omaha). That is why my family purposely planned to stop at this location as we were headed to vacation in Colorado. Their #1 best sandwich in my book is the Traditional with no Black Olives and get a side of the Pepper sauce for dipping it in. The only thing I found disappointing about this location was their lack of the Famous Quiznos Pepper Bar. I am sure they pry have them to give you if you ask the staff, well at least they had the pepper sauce which was the most important thing to me. So Delicious. This restaurant was located inside a gas station and convenient store. The convenient store and ordering area was on one side. It was neat and organized and a clean floor. Very nice staff! They were ready to take our orders with smiling faces! The line moved along quickly as well. The sitting area was on the other side of the cash register and was very clean with lots of windows for natural lighting! We had limited time for lunch and was able to get in, order, eat our meal, and back out in a reasonable time. The location was convenient to the area we were working. Love Quiznos! Haven't had it for years as I live in Omaha and the last one closed some time ago. Drove by this one and had to stop for a sandwich. It was exactly as I remember it. The whole experience was a delight. Sandwich was delicious. Staff was kind and helpful. Whole place was very clean. Nice outdoor seating available. I'm so happy to find this place hasn't changed. Just one more reason I'm ready to move to Kearney. Very, very pleased. I'd say bring one back to Omaha, but at this point I just need more motivation to get away from there and back toward my roots.
