Worst experience I've had at Starbucks in a very long time. Ordered a Matcha pumpkin spice frap from secret menu. Go to the window and it came to over $8. My venti matcha's come to $6.78. So I was quite taken aback that it was over $2 more. I told them to cancel that and just ring me up for a vente Matcha frap. Which came to $7 even. No one could tell me why my matcha came to that when I have paid the same price all summer. I was then told that they don't know about the secret menu and then I have to order a custom. I said isn't that what I did? But I'm not paying $2 more to add pumpkin spice to it. The service was rude, and they acted like I was the problem. Maybe your employees should be required to download the app and get to know the app and the secret menu, so this doesn't happen to others. They did offer to refund, but I took both drinks instead. Read moreI’ve come to this location several times, more often than not, my order is messed up. Most of the time, my drink is made wrong. If my drink is correct, then my food order is wrong. I was excited about this location, and I’m willing to give it another try, but please pay attention to the orders. I’ve been a barista, I know how easily one can go into auto drive, but please ensure to check the customizations. It’s especially frustrating when you pay extra for ingredients that then don’t get added. If I can catch the error in time, they are always happy to re-make my drink; but, when you order ahead and are stopping on your way to work, there is often not time to return to the store and thus the drink is either not enjoyed or ends up down the drain. Read moreWe placed an online order and had been waiting in the order pickup parking spaces for 15 minutes (until the estimated time for it to be ready). Then we walked up to the front door and saw that it was locked, so we called and Tanisha picked up saying that we had to wait in the drive-thru line even though our order was ready. The drive-thru line already had about 15 cars, so this added an additional ~20 minutes of wait time. They were unwilling to have someone run out to give us our order.
They could have handled this a lot better- either turn off online orders so people are forced to do drive-thru, or have someone simply take 10 seconds to run...
