Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kearny

This location is an absolute mess. The so-called drive-thru isn’t really a drive-thru — they take your order well in advance, but when you get to the window, nothing is ready. Every single time, something is either completely missing or wrong. Instead of a quick stop, they ask you to wait and then tell you to go inside to pick up the rest of your order. What’s the point of a drive-thru then?

And to top it off, the food they hand you is always cold — not even slightly warmed up. It’s like they just don’t care. Terrible service, poor organization, and cold food....

Quality of food is fine, they're just incredibly slow and always sold out/understocked. I spent well over 10 minutes "waiting in the parking lot." Customer service was rude, uncommunicative, and unapologetic for not respecting people's time. I'll never be back here and make sure I recommend...

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst. Went there last night at 8:30 PM and for the third time I was told that there is no more espresso that they ran out. What kind of Dunkin’ Donuts runs out of espresso over and over I think they just don’t wanna make it . But all good won’t be going back...
