Pros: This is a nice park; clean, safe, and nice for a stroll. The playground is the main reason why I came here. There is a nice water pad, lots of swings, and gated; nice to let the kids run around freely. Walmart is close by, some small delis and restaurants nearby as well.

Cons: It's not special needs friendly. Besides the low to the ground swings and the water pad, there's not much to do for kids with special needs.

Children run havoc without repercussions or any discipline. The kids in this area are not taught about neuro-diverse children so do not expect to find your child's community here, special needs moms. They're not very accepting.

All in all, I would return only for the park's water pad in the summer, nothing more. There's not much else to do in the area unless you want to...

Was fishing at the pond last week when my line got tangled with another angler's line. As I was untangling the line the angler was complaining that out of all the space to fish I had to fish near him. After I untangled the line I walked away from him to fish elsewhere and as I walked away he yelled f*ing stupid at me. It was not like I was throwing my line near him multiple times as I was moving from spot to spot after 1 cast. I'm a beginner at fishing and I wanted to try my hand at fishing because it seemed like a relaxing sport. I came to this park to relax and there was no need to act so toxic. This is a scenic park to go jogging or play tennis but that one interaction...

Park with voluminous amounts of lands and trails to hike, run, or cycle on. Open road for cars to pass by from city to city. Has an available to the public exercise station as well as playground and water park for the little ones. Large soccer field included, with tennis courts, basketball, volleyball areas, and tons of sports to choose from. Park is also great for runners who want to increase their mileage and stamina. Large double pond surrounding a bridge for cars, both with a constantly running water fountain in the center. Welcoming home for ducks, frogs, and fishes. Overall, a great amount of nature and...

The park of my childhood. Loads of areas to walk, walk your dog, kids' playground, tennis courts, and pond! The pond freezes over in the winter and police used to come and check that the ices was deep enough and give the green light for ice skating. Loads of ducks are there too! The fun I had in that park was amazing! There are a couple of gazebos as well, nice photo opportunities. It's between the towns of Harrison and Kearny. Definitely worth a visit!

This is such a beautiful, tranquil space. I walk along the trail here several times a week and always feel refreshed. There are always people walking their dogs, so if you're a dog person this is heaven! I never see any trash, and the grass is always freshly cut. I am fostering a kitten and took her on walks here every day. There are tons of grassy areas to have picnics, and a lot of shade from overhead trees. Truly gorgeous.
