Burger King — Restaurant in Harrison

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred when I visited your location. I was walking in to get food with my service dog when the security guard was extremely rude and denied my dog entry, despite the fact that my dog is a trained service animal.

I had already spoken with the manager previously, who confirmed that my service dog is allowed in the restaurant as per company policy and ADA regulations. However, during this visit, the security guard confronted me aggressively — getting in my face, using inappropriate language, bringing up personal matters, and even calling out my name. This behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel disrespected and unsafe.

I am a regular customer who visits this Burger King frequently and spend a lot of money there. I value your restaurant, but this experience was deeply disappointing. Today was the worst experience. Manager on duty on 11/16/2020 was so rude and unprofessional. She can not work on pressure. She scream at us and made me wait for 30 mins for our food and blame it on me because she said our order was too big. There were at least 7 people waiting after us for their food too and she never apologized to me or anyone for the delay. Once we asked for our food she said rudely we had to wait without any explanation. We asked her polite but after the way she spoke to us I don’t think I will ever come to this BK. I usually drive an extra 10 mins to Kearny to eat in the Kearny BK because I knew this place has the horrible experience and customer service. I am done with the Burger King CH'KING SANDWICH!  This is the 4th time I've had it, and this time it was made perfectly, it's just a flavorless sandwich. The meat was hot, the bun was soft, the chicken was big and juicy, the white sauce on it is more insipid than mayonnaise.  This is a useless addition to the chicken sandwich wars. (Better than McD though)  To comment on the drive-through and service, 5 stars! Absolutely perfect! For going around midnight the attendant was sharp, polite and accommodating.
