Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Keller

9/6/2024 Last review was in the freeze last year, see below. Tonight we made the mistake of ordering again lol it was so dry and bubbles and tough, there was no sauce just bubbles of dough and cheese. Go to dominos, it's way more consistent if you live in 76244.

Review during the big freeze. February 2024. Papa John's has never really been the most consistent, but this location is glimmering example of the worst the chain has to offer. On the second try on our order, this is what I got. After they mistakenly delivered to a neighbor on the first attempt. Large pizza, extra pepperoni, extra cheese, extra sauce. This is what they delivered. I called and the lady had the nerve to be like "it's extra cheese so the pepperoni is under everything"... My response oh really I'm ripping the toppings off as we speak and there is no pepperoni. It really isn't hard. I'm sure there is pictures for instructions in a place like this, that way you don't even have to know how to read to make it right. Good times, going out in the 16° weather to get the third attempt.

Back again. Third time's a charm. After trying to keep my kids preoccupied during this 3 hour ordeal. We finally got a pizza that is edible! If you have a few hours to spare, want to get your heart rate up, leave your house in below freezing weather, and feed a random neighbor for free because the delivery driver can't read numbers, then this is the...

Ordered from this location tonight and am VERY disappointed. After receiving an automated text that our order was on the way, we waited 30 minutes and still didn’t receive our food. We called the store and the lady on the phone told us that our order had been completed. We let her know that we never received our order and we were put on hold so that she could contact the driver. Come to find out… our order was never delivered. The lady on the phone told us that the driver told her she knocked and no one came to the door. She proceeded to tell us that the driver called and texted us and since no one answered, she took the food back to the store. We NEVER received a call or text and no one came to our door. She argued back that she was looking at the texts the driver sent to us (again, never received any call or text), and when we checked our ring camera, no one ever came to our door....

Horrible! Our order was delivered wrong so they gave us a free pizza to use later on. When we called to place the order to redeem it sounded like a call center answered.....took our address and transferred us to the actual store. The person who answered was completely unprofessional saying things like Im sorry my friend is touching me and can you hangon while laughing. He finally looks up our account and says hold on I have to talk to my manager. Comes back and says well he said if you tipped better your order would be right! So we hang up and a manager calls back to apologize/explain. Since they use doordash now tips have to be divided between drivers. Manager promises our order will be correct so we go ahead and place it. Order was still wrong and the driver asked for a tip! This...
