I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food and so when I saw the ratings for Ms Saigon I really wanted to try it out. I came for a late lunch and was able to get a seat right away. All the tables were clean and ready for a guest. The staff was welcoming and it was a great start to lunch. I like to order the vermicelli bowls with grilled pork and an egg roll. Their vermicelli bowl is well done. There were lots of great vegetables with lettuce, carrots, daikon, and cucumber. The noodles were perfectly cooked and they included the chopped peanuts which seem to get skipped more and more. The pork was really lean and well-marinated before going on the grill. You can add an egg roll to the pork bowl for one dollar more, so I definitely wanted to try one of those. I would have preferred to have my egg roll cut into four smaller bites, but that is just a picky detail for me. I bet they would do it if I asked in the future. What made this bowl stand out was the Nuoc Cham. It is amazing how much their Nuoc Cham influenced the dish. Their preparation of this essential item is special. I think it is a little sweeter, but there is other goodness in that little bowl that makes us want to eat it with a spoon. The service was quick and I really enjoyed Ms. Saigon Pho & Grill. This is the best Vietnamese I have had in the Keller area and I want to come back and try some of their other dishes such as the stir fries and of course the Pho. Thank you for an amazing experience.

A great spot for Vietnamese in the Bear Creek area. The restaurant is clean and inviting, with plenty of seating for small parties, and a few tables for the larger ones. The staff was super attentive, making sure everything was going great and taking care of every request. I went with a large bowl of pho, and it's no joke...stick with the small bowl if you fill up fast. Flavor-wise, the pho broth felt "tame" compared to other restaurants, with less spices popping out at you, but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed with the generous helpings of jalapeno, mint, and lime (Sriracha and hosin sauce helps, too). The eye round and flank steak were perfect. I finished it off with a Vietnamese iced coffee for the road, and it absolutely hit the spot. If you're in the area and want some great Vietnamese (even if you already enjoy one of the other many restaurants around here), you owe it to yourself to give them a try.

Edit: they reached out and refunded me and even offered a new meal! Super nice and friendly Okay so I spent around $30 total, around 15 per entree including tax. So this place was a little pricey for some mid food. I got the com thit nuong for both and although it was pleasant UNTIL I found a piece of hair in my rice. As seen in the picture although a bit blurry. It was wavy hair and mine is straight so definitely not mine. I unfortunately got take out and couldn't make the drive back to dispute. Absolutely disgusting. Idc if someone says it's just hair. The fact that I paid $30 for this really ruined my appetite. The meat was tasty ( I tried it before I found the hair unfortunately), a lil dry but not worth it.

My first review ever was sparked by Ms. Saigon in Keller. Our first clue to our disappointing dining experience should have been the smell of rotting pipes when we walked in. We chose to go ahead and stay. Our party of nine was sat by a pleasant waiter who was at no fault. To put it plainly, the food is not good. The shaken beef was tough, full of tendons, and extremely hard to chew. The broth in the various types of pho ordered was extremely bland. Every attempt was made to add flavor with hoisin, garlic chili oil or sriracha. The meatballs were rubbery. The egg noodles were flavorless and greasy and the pork chop in the house rice platter was a hard, thin piece of meat. Our mother was genuinely disappointed in her food and resorted to just eating the cucumber and tomato off of her plate. We insisted she get something else, she hesitantly agreed and we waved the waiter over. We let him know that my mother did not like the food at all and we asked to see the menu to order something else. I gave him my mother’s uneaten plate and that’s when he shared the restaurant’s no return or exchange policy. That means even if the mistake is on them, you cannot do anything about it. You may order something else, but it will be added to your bill along with the original item. That completely blows my mind. How can an establishment, a restaurant be so pretentious, so arrogant that they are unwilling to accept feedback and listen to their customers, and much less do anything to reconcile the experience? They...

I was excited about trying this new place out but it was a bit of a disappointment. It definitely did not taste authentic AT ALL. My large vegetable pho tasted like luke warm water, it was mainly packed with rice noodles and they literally put 4 pieces of broccoli & 5 slivers of carrots. I just took it home to see if I could do anything to salvage it. I also got the vegetable spring roll which is hard to mess up but like the pho it was just stuffed with rice noodles, the spirit of cucumber and wrapped in lettuce; no cilantro, carrots or basil. The peanut sauce was good though. My friend got the stir fry chicken with steamed rice and he couldn’t stomach the chicken because it tasted old, hopefully he doesn’t get sick. To top it off they gave me warm water and just put a green tea bag in the cup that didn’t even extract the herb because it wasn’t hot enough. She offered to microwave it but that’s not how anybody wants to see their tea being made when you’re getting charged for it.

They are new, that’s why I’m being so honest, so they have room to improve. There’s a lot of potential because they’re in a prime location & I did give them 2 stars because the interior is nice and inviting. ZERO for the...
