The Espresso Barn — Restaurant in Kenai

This was my first time trying out this location. I ordered a chai tea but not only did I have choice of served chilled or hot. I have so many different flavors to choose from.

The taste was rich and smooth. Then she asked if I wanted chocolate covered coffee beans for free. I tried them and those were a delicious snack. Gave me a slight boost of energy.

I also ordered a pecan roll which was gourmet. It tasted great. Just wish I would have asked her to warm it up slightly.

Menu looked good so I ordered through the drive thru. Both coffee and tea were so full they were spilling out of the lid. Tea water was too hot to drink. Ordered a muffin warmed not knowing it would be microwaved in plastic wrap. Tried the Gingerbread latte but it tasted like a mocha and had no spices of Gingerbread. The coffee was bitter and overly sweet. Ended up tossing it out and going somewhere else. A waste of $15. Service was fast...
