Burger King — Restaurant in Kennebunk

Why do I keep visiting Burger King fast food establishments when I always have the worst experiences? Because I have a young child who wants chicken nuggets where ever we go. What do we have here? TWO computerized self serve registers where you can places your order. Did either one of them work? NOPE! What a waste of money to have these instead of more staff. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for a single kid's meal. The manager? The man in a red shirt was going from business to business and slowing them down. There was another man in a yellow construction jacket with blue gloves on, also slowing the process of ordering and receiving food. During the time my husband was waiting for the food, I was already back with our food from Sbarro. He was still waiting for our daughter's food. Finally we all sit down to eat and our daughter said she was thirsty. I asked my husband where her drink was and we discovered she never got her juice. Even though my husband was JUST THERE and JUST ORDERED he had to prove he bought a juice and that we in fact did not get it. I mean,...

The location at the north bound station SUCKS!!!!! I waited 15 minutes for a chocolate shake and onion rings at 1am. There were only two people working, and the guy getting the food didn't understand what a chocolate shake was. He was asking the other employee what it was, and couldn't understand going to the machine to get it. After all the confusion, he hands me a vanilla shake. He then hands me a bag, I look inside, and it's fries. I show him my receipt and explain that I wanted onion rings, and he acts as if I changed my mind. He talking to the other guy questioning what it is I wanted, and after a back and forth, they finally put some onion rings in the fryer. He then takes my receipt, crumples it up, and throws it in the trash. The bag with the fries, get placed under the heating station that the burgers go into. I have a feeling he was going to toss them back in with the other fries after I left. From ordering to getting my correct order was 30 minutes. I didn't even try to get my shake corrected, because I felt it would take even more...

Was at this truck stop burger King last night (2/6/2024) . Burger King didn't close til 11pm . Poor guy came running in, im assuming he's a truck driver, at around 10:45pm and went running to this burger king to get a meal and whoever was running it decided at 10:45 they were closed and refused to make him food said the grills off and wasnt turning it back on ,told him to go somewhere else . A few minutes later I'm assuming their friend comes in and asks her what she wants to eat and THEN PROCEEDS TO MAKE IT FOR HER AFTER TURNING AWAY THIS WORKING MAN . AND GAVE IT TO HER FOR FREE . The lack of empathy for these truck drivers is disgusting. They're away from family and friends , THEY'RE KIDS !! Shameful . These workers that work at truck stops restaurants need better training and better understanding of how long truck drivers drive for , sometimes don't even have time to stop to eat , the only time they do is when they're completely stopped for the day . Again shameful and disgusting on that...
