First off I would just like to say that I've never had any issues with picking up orders for repeat customers to deliver happily to customers who order through grubhub.I do not work for grubhub,but I am a small business owner for delivery.The young ladies are always polite when I arrive to pick up an order although I arrive 10 minutes early then have to wait an extra 13 minutes for them to always tell me that the order just came up in the system therefore I would have to continue to wait Well I've always been patient with that,but when I pulled up today and called before I went in to ask was the order ready I guess the "OWNER" got an attitude because I asked why is this always an issue and there was no one waiting upon my arrival for her to say I had a nasty attitude was no way to handle or respond to somebody who is providing A service to her establishment to help them out and to keep their establishment going and thriving.To cover it up by offering a free bowl which I did not accept it because it was not genuine at all.I politely let her know that customer service is everything and I too am a business owner it was then that her entire attitude changed by this time I literally didn't want to have no other conversation with her at all.Just give me the order so I can move forward. I never had these issues although they are very slow when it comes to preparing the orders.but today it should have not been the case because there was no one in the store and there was no reason why the customers order shouldn't have been ready for pick up..When you know better you do better.To the owner you need to set an example for the young ladies who work under you.For you to try and go back and forth in front of them just to try and insult someone is not good at all.I pray blessings over your business but get it right with yourself..YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO EVALUATE...
Read moreThe green bliss and unbeatable are my faves the peaceable was ok and I really have to be in the health mindset to drink the replenished. (I did enjoy their play on names for their menu.) However I would come back again and again just for the customer service. The twins are simply amazing they are just a delight to be around. Anyone that have said different is just stupid and probably sus. Their existence is simply intoxicating. They are everything of being preternaturally prodigious.To the owners you should be grateful and thank God for them every day (not saying you’re not and don’t ) and give them a raise too because how I see it,they are the main reason you have return on your revenue.(Read) Isaiah 61:7

And no I don’t know them I found your business on google because my nephew had tonsillectomy surgery and I didn’t want to go to a franchise spot so I was lead to your business because I love supporting small, out of the norm businesses. Read moreI absolutely love their berry bowls and I always order through door dash and have quite frequently. Sometimes I’d order 2-3 time a week. However the last couple of times I ordered on door dash i expected delivery was 45minutes which was usual, BUT ive now been waiting anywhere from 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The dashers texted me saying it was really busy and they were waiting. The last time I ordered the first dasher waited so long they left and the second dasher waited 45 minutes before receiving my order and by the time I got it, it was so melted it was soupy. Not only that because I always order 2 bowls for free delivery and they’re only put in a grocery bag, with them being soupy they had seeped out of the container and all over the inside of the bag. So I’m assuming it was premade and my dasher had to wait in a line to get it. Because of that I can only suggest a seperate line for dashers to pick up from as well as better take out option instead of a grocery bag. Since that experience I haven’t ordered again.
