Burger King — Restaurant in Kennewick

(update) reduced it to two stars because they forgot all the condiments! I ask for no mayo but add mustard. It already comes with ketchup. There was no condiments on it! I give a three because it would be five for the person who waited on me but it would be one for the lady behind the counter who seemed to possibly be a superior of some kind, when someone wanted a bathroom code and I heard her speak up to the guy about to give it to her, and say "did they order anything?" There is no sign that says bathrooms for customers only it's just now you guys have a key code. Understood with homeless or people going into bathroom to use drugs or vandalize. But this was clearly an older woman clearly not homeless or a drug user. And could have very well have gone through the drive-thru as if the guy at the counter has time to keep a track in facial recognition program in his brain to see who ordered and who was part of a family who ordered. People order for families and then there's several family members that might need to use the bathroom. And then when I went up to pick up my order and she calls my name I go to pick it up and she just has this plain dirty look on her face and turns away. No thank you No nothing. This person shouldn't be in customer service if she's that rude and wants to be the bathroom police trying to determine if every single person in there ordered. Maybe she can go stand by the bathroom and ask for receipts like a person taking tickets to enter a train. I've never seen her before but I would get rid of her. She is awful. This was at 12:45 p.m. Saturday May 17th. The young guy rushing around at the counter was extremely helpful and speedy and fast as he could be and she walked around with a dirty look on her face constantly not one thank you not one iota of kindness to any customer for the approximately 15 to 20 minutes I was in...

I've been here a few times, in the drivethrew. First time, at the speaker they told me to come to the window before I had ordered, proceeded to take my order at the window not realizing i hadnt been given an opportunity to order yet, took my order, then had me pick up my food at a side door. Second time at speaker the girl asked what I wanted and after I told her she said , just a minute, I'm helping someone else now... Lol, I'm like, ok. Then she came back on, she did apologize and took my order, then we get to the window, staff seems to be running around like crazy, didn't look busy, but could have been big orders?? after about 4 minutes came to the window, took my payment, and then d idnt give me a shake that was on the order, once again, instead of just getting it to me there, had me pull up to a side door that is in part of the drive through lane, wait there another 4 minutes, 2 cars squeezed around me, and I was about to call the number on the receipt when a gal brought it to the door. Like I said, they were ALL very nice, I just think a manager could help train them for a better routine so they wouldn't feel so frazzled and seem like they didnt know what to do next. And... the food was Great!!...

Lady named PAOLA at the drive thru not even a Hi … Hello or anything … ordered a couple of chicken fries for the kiddos and she had me pay and said pull up to the door for your order .. before I parked ahead .. I asked if I could PLEASE get some bbq and honey mustard for the chicken fries and she said okay .. after waiting more than 5 mins .. a girl named ALE brings out the order and I ask did you guys get the sauces .. and she straight up said yea they’re in the bag.. so I drove off and checked the bags bc I didn’t want to hold up the cars as they did have a long line .. I realized no sauces .. they’re closed in the lobby and there are like 10 cars in the drive thru .. I had to walk to the window and she has the nerve to tell me you have to drive around .. I said noooo .. you’re really gonna make me wait in line for 2 sauces when there’s 10 cars in your line after I clearly asked for sauces at the window and even asked again and she said they’re in the bag ???????? She looks at me and says next time you have to drive around … NO NEXT TIME WORST PLACE EVER do yourselves a favor and take your money...
