Upon arrival we were told to wait outside for a table. We waited and watched as other people arrived, were told to wait, and were seated. We finally got frustrated and asked a different person what was going on. They apologized for the wait and then told us we could be seated right away. Other servers tell him "no, there is a big group in her section and she doesn't want to take another table, tell them to wait". They argue and he ends up leading us to the porch area in the back, where I see one big group and all other tables un-occupied. We then wait about 10 minutes before our server shows up and we finally get to order. We order a barbecue hamburger and a Ruben sandwich. We pay the extra dollar for the endless fries. The burger came with a big knife right through the center of it. I didn't think that was a big deal, accept that the knife went all the way through the bun, and every time I take a bite, sauce and grease pour through the hole and into my beard. It only takes a few bites before I angrily take a fork and knife to the burger. The Ruben had very badly burned bread (We took pics of everything but don't know how to post it in the review) and it was 5/6 sourkraut and a little bit of meat peeking through. It was so unbalanced that we ended up just eating the meat with one piece of bread and a little bit of kraut and leaving the mountain of sourkraut behind. We ended up both just eating a lot of fries, having ordered the endless fries. We asked for a second batch, and she brought us cold (not warm) fries, at which point we asked for our check. Throughout the whole dinner, I could hear serve staff talking and complaining about the rush, and arguing over customer seating. I understand that problems arrise, I just don't want to hear them complain about us being sat somewhere when it was their decision to put us there, not ours. Complain about us in the kitchen, not five feet from our table. Long story short, this was our first time in to foodies , and it came highly recommended. I hope this was just an unlucky experience, but it's hard to say I would come back again. Wait time: ~30 mins Customer service: 4 out of ten Food satisfaction: 2 out of ten Professionalism of staff:...

My husband and I walked into Foodies and sat ourselves down at the empty table that was available right by the entrance since no wait staff was around. Another customer enters and a waitress(blonde, dreadlocks ponytail, half shaved?) tells her that she will put her on the wait list. Since she didn't see us, my husband lets her know that we sat ourselves down since the table was empty. We've been sitting at the table for about 3-5mins before the he tells her we had sat ourselves down. She tells us that there is a waiting list and she will have to add us with a rude attitude. I told her that we've been waiting at the empty table for a few mins and no one has shown up. She continues on that there is a list and if we want to be added still being rude. We get added to the list, we walk around at the nearby shops (10-15mins) and when we walked by again the table we were sitting at was still empty!! At this point, we have decided we will not be eating here again. We've enjoyed in the past eating here but with the very poor customer service and rudeness we received, not anymore. Very disappointed! Food is great here but theirs other places with great food and great...

The location and patio are prime. The service is non existent. Our server brought the wrong drinks after 10 minutes, and after an hour of waiting our food came out not just brunt and waaayyy overcooked but also cold. The fries had no more potato in them. The chicken strips were almost black. And the wings were served in a puddle of oil. When the server came over (after our meal was comped) her response was “I’m so sorry I didn’t even notice”. I’m sorry… the food LOOKED like sheet. If you didn’t notice you shouldn’t be serving food. The manager, ont he other hand, came over after requested and immediately looked at our food and said that looks gross and pulled it all and comped all our food. As she should. She was very nice and accommodating. I feel bad her staff can’t back her up with proper food and service. We won’t be back. We ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings after for wings in 10 minutes that were hot and not smothered in grease. 0/10 do not recommend. I guess they call it tri sheeties...

Visited here based on the great reviews. Situated with a view of the Columbia River and green golf driving areas, it resembles an upscale snack bar. Large outdoor seating area and full bar inside with table seating. The menu is varying with mostly American influence, great burger choices and different taco creations. I had the chili dog which was good but was light on chili. The french dip was also very good and the grilled chicken sandwich was tasty. Food/beverage prices were in the $15-25 range. The let down for me was the check. This establishment has chosen to charge the customer for the living wage increase they refuse to pay. A COL charge was added to the bill, not to be mistaken for the gratuity which is still encouraged but voluntary. I believe management should pay their staff accordingly, if it requires menu increases, so be it. At some point patrons will make the decision to visit based on value.

Foodies was our lunch-time stop on a road trip between Seattle and Boise. The food was tasty (but pricey for what it was - sandwiches, salads, burgers, appetizers). I appreciated the handful of vegetarian options for main dishes. The patio view of the golf course and river was delightful and calm, in spite of being pretty close to a busy road. Our server was kind and thoughtful. Best of all, they were accommodating to us and our unusual pets on the patio. We heard they allow dogs on the grass off the patio, and were crossing our fingers they'd do the same for our road-weary house rabbits. And they did! That way we enjoyed lunch and fresh air, and could also have our fur babies close by in the shade to stretch out after several hours of driving. They even offered to bring out a bowl of water for them. Thanks Foodies for the good food and the much-needed break for all of us, bunnies included.
