Just had two 12" subwoofer, an amp, etc. installed in my Chevy Equinox. Best customer service I've ever received here in Kenosha. This father/son team really knows their stuff, never once showed impatience or frustration with my ridiculous amount of questions, and were timely and efficient with the entire process.

Once the installation was complete, the installer, Marty, sat in my SUV with me to go through everything and answered all of my questions.

Overall, I received unremarkable and outstanding customer service, an epic selection of products on-hand to choose from, and patient, knowledgeable staff. Awesome experience and this is where I'll continue to do business...

Work they did fell apart under dash with whole side missing..fades to front but says rear.....replaced my long screws with short ...so short speaker tore out of box.....at full price....and I was yelled at when I asked for them to again please take Amp off box and when radio is turned off there's a loud hum I posted pics....and it won't let me respond to ur ...saying I'm lieing...I showed everyone..hav no reason to lie I just water u guys to fix it..but nooo...so I leave my experience here in...
