I was driving by after picking up some insulin needles, that's true, and, man, I just had to have a gyro. I ordered the Gyro Platter. It came with more gryo meat than I should have eaten in one sitting, a beautiful pita, that yogurt stuff, hummus, some chopped cucumber and tomato, sliced onions, and a huge hunk of feta. At least I think it was feta. It looked and tasted like feta but to tell the truth, I don't know if it was feta, but whatever kind of cheese it was, there was more than I could finish. And french fries. Aaaaasammmaaaazzzzzing!!!! I took it to go because I had to get back to my workaday desk job, but it smells so incredibly delicious that I start picking at the fries. I then made the mistake of adjusting my eye glasses and the grease one my fingers smudges up my right lens. So I close the right eye and keep at it. Those fries are insane! If you are ever in need of a fries fix, just go here. No chain fastfood place comes close. The only time I have had fries this good, I kid you not, was as a grade schooler going to the Sandwich County Fair down in the south east corner of Dekalb County, Illinois. No need to travel down into the depths of the Prairie State for fries anymore. 5+ stars. Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Only one thing to improve upon is some really huge poster of some Greek food, we're talking a little bigger than a sheet of drywall is how big that poster is. It can go. But it doesn't matter to the average consumer. Thanks much Gyro guys. You are killing it! UPDATE! THEY TOOK DOWN THE UGLY WALL. FOOD IS PROBABLY STILL AWESOME.

Not vegetarian friendly!! I couldn’t even eat my food it was gross. I ordered a pita wrap with no meat, Romain lettuce cucumber tomato Kalamata olives green peppers chick peas and feta (I’ve never heard of vegetables being cooked before added to your gyro) The lettuce was brown and wilted my camera makes it look a lot nicer than it actually did lol. The pita was completely soaking wet because they cooked the tomatoes and peppers and everything that would normally be fresh and cold and crispy on top of your gyro. It was all hot and soggy and the pita immediately ripped in half. Now I’m on my way the store to get a fresh pita and some romaine lettuce and vegetables that aren’t all soggy. To make it worse I bet into my spinach pie and it was still frozen in the middle!! There was SOOOOO much Mayo on my husbands Pilly he couldn’t eat it. The only thing I ordered on the Philly cheesesteak was double meat and extra cheese. Not extra lettuce tomato and triple mayonnaise :( so bummed out. 0/10

If I was rating this based on the food alone, I would easily go 4 stars. The food was delicious once I received what I ordered. The problem was the accuracy of the order. I ordered two items: Chicago style hot dog with no peppers and a gyro with no onions. I received a hot dog WITH peppers…and an order of cheese fries. No gyro. If I had gone home without opening my bag I would have been furious as it would have been very inconvenient to go back. I will give them another chance and will give a higher rating at that time if they earn it. The food was good, don’t get me wrong. They need to be better with their order accuracy because 0/2 is not acceptable. The lady made it right and gave me a free dessert but how can this place go 0/2 on my order? Edit, replying to the comment: I understand being overworked. I know it's been a tough couple years. I am sorry, perhaps one star was a bit harsh. Bumping up. And I will be a return customer because the food was very good.

We needed some good, delicious & affordable Mediterranean. When we walked in here, we knew we were at the right place. I'm going to fast forward and say after tasting our food we knew we had made a great choice for lunch.

They are a few tables outside and luckily the weather was good. We were able to eat outside comfortably. The best part is they took our order and said they would bring our food to us. This was really nice because we didn't have to wait inside for our order to come up.

The lone guy running the front register was very efficient. He was taking meals to tables and running out to cars. He was was definitely working hard and going above and beyond. Great customer service.

We were so hungry! We ordered a couple of gyro sandwiches, onion rings, lentil soup and a chicken shawarma platter, which came with hummus, pita bread, salad and yellow rice. The platter generous amounts of seasoned chicken. Everything was so delicious. We even took home some leftovers.

The pita bread was fresh and delicious. The guy working here told me that they make them fresh daily. I believe him because they were one of the best pita breads I've ever had. The onion rings rocked too. I swear they were homemade but I was told they were not. They really fooled me. I really thought they were made in house. The lentil soup was very good. I highly recommend you order this.

I can hardly wait until we come back here. This restaurant isn't on a major road but the locals know it. There was a steady stream of people driving in and picking up food. I loved seeing that. It may be hidden but this gem is no secret. It is now on our radar and we are looking forward to...

Ordered online for delivery, and it was great. From ordering to receiving my meal was less than 30 minutes! And - the whole order was correct! I was delighted.

I ordered the chicken gyro pita with an extra pita and extra tzatziki, which was a good call because holy crap they give you a ton of meat! I had basically two gyros lol. Meat was flavorful and had decent texture even though I'm very picky. The tzatziki is a little mayo-y in consistency, but the taste is very good.

I also ordered the Greek fries, and they were excellent even as they cooled. And again, very generous portions. I got a small dessert platter with assorted baklava; I wasn't able to try them all because I was so full, but the two that I tried were super crispy and not overwhelmingly sweet or sticky, which was nice.

For a drink, I took a chance on the rosewater lemonade, which tasted exactly as you'd expect (but apparently I don't really like rosewater lol). If you like florals and lemonade, you'll like it. Not too sweet or too tart.

Overall I really enjoyed the food here, and would...
